Ich habe diesen Fehler sofort bemerkt und dem Support-Service der Website geschrieben, dass wir das Foto verwechselt haben, worauf ich eine OK-Antwort erhielt, da dies nicht die ersten Fotos sind, die wir gesendet haben, aber diesmal ist uns ein Fehler mit der Mail unterlaufen .
HIER BEGINNT DAS INTERESSANTE! Mehrere Stunden lang konnten mein Freund und ich uns nicht in unsere Konten einloggen, da sie gesperrt waren, und das Geld, wie unsere Einzahlungen und Gewinne, wurde storniert – als ob das Konto nicht existierte. Ein Brief wurde an die Post über den Verstoß gegen die Regeln gesendet - Multi-Accounting, das Interessanteste ist, dass wir gegen keine der Regeln verstoßen haben, zum Beispiel haben wir das Konto des anderen nicht von demselben Computer oder derselben IP aus betreten Adresse, und es gibt keine Regeln für gemischte Fotos oder E-Mails. Ich werde auf allen Seiten über diese Situation berichten, in der Hoffnung, dass niemand im Leben mehr spielen und nicht Opfer von biamo.bet-Betrügern werden wird. This fake casino cannot provide any explanations or evidence for its accusations, I repeatedly asked to show the log of logins from the same IP, but no one answered because there is no such evidence or violations.
In general, this is the first time that I am in such a terrible situation - the casino is simply committing lawlessness, the money has been blocked (I have 400 euros in my account and my friend has about 900 euros).
