This is going to be a longer than usual review. I won 2985 after depositing here. When I cashed out, it was denied due to being in a restricted region Ontario. However, their list of restricted regions does not have my location listed where they have the rest of them noted.

I proceeded to submit a player arbitration case vs this casino and they came back with general legalese as their response which is effectively the casino telling me to go fuck myself.

As a CPA and CFO in life, I deal with businesses and corporate law like this on a regular basis and its just generic statements that are meant to ward off people who are either uneducated or aware that the legal pursuit is not worth it. In this case its clearly not worth my time and money and then trying to sue for expenses et al over 3k. They know that. They are an embarrassment to the Dama brand based on their reviews elsewhere, and have also just caused Dama NV to lose a loyal, highrolling client that is perfectly okay and understands that losing in the long term is normal and still willing to spend 2 to 3k per week on gambling.

So, well done 21Bit, you've managed to lose your management group a lot more money over the years than you will have saved by arbitrarily deciding to keep the 3k I've won. I will be promptly closing all of my Dama NV casino accounts.

Edit: Received full payout but it wasn't because of the casino. It was because Dama NV head office stepped in and immediately told 21bit to.pay me my rightful winnings. So. Worse casino ever for trying to make a withdrawal. I have attempted over 20 times to withdraw $2000 NZD

All my documents required have been verified and accepted.

I will not be depositing into this casino ever again.
Be careful of predatory wager practices.
I do not use bonuses.
And despite my account going to below $1, and then I deposit again to keep playing, this casino argues that all non-bonus deposits are cumulative wagers. This means each time you deposit even after falling below $1 your wager then increases exponentially.

The use of the word ‘latest deposits’ in relation to wagers in their T&Cs is ambiguous, unfair and incredibly unclear and is a predatory practice.

Mostly for my experience deposit bonuses didn't activate with the deposit and had to be manually added by staff which is a pain in the arse because the 20 daily spins part would never automatically add to your account, had to contact staff every dayfor them to manually do it. I was lied to by 2 separate staff on cash out limit of my bonus saying $75 limit. Then found out when I contacted support about cash out methods there was actually no limit on cash out!!! Man!!
2 separate staff said I can cash out with ltc as I used it for deposit then finance team said no, use bank transfer which comes with a whole new set of drama! It's a bloody crypto casino!!!!

Do not use this casino site! I deposited 50 for the first deposit bonus deal, ended up winning 10000 + another 3000, tried withdrawing 8000 of that, I verified my documents and everything was good, go on a few hours later to check process to find out they confiscated every single bit of my winnings! I had 50 bucks left in my account on the site where I had the 3000, snd the 8 I tried withdrawing they took that aswell! Apparently there is a 7.5 bet limit I was betting 10 and the games allowed me to, when I went to bet 15 they did notify me saying I couldn't as I exceeded the bet limit, but yeh as it's in the terms and conditions.
