Ich habe 975 $ gewonnen und wollte mir das Geld auszahlen lassen. Dabei stellte ich fest, dass das Auszahlungslimit bei 750 $ liegt. Ich musste sechs Tage auf die ersten 750 $ warten und warte nun schon seit acht Tagen auf den Rest – insgesamt also schon 14 Tage. Nach unzähligen Chat-Gesprächen mit dem Support bekam ich immer die üblichen Ausreden: hohes Auszahlungsaufkommen, aber keine Sorge, mein Geld sei sicher und meine Anliegen würden von der offensichtlich überlasteten Finanzabteilung priorisiert. Ein Mitarbeiter im Chat war sogar richtig schnippisch und meinte, ich solle froh sein, dass sie mich überhaupt irgendwann auszahlen würden, das würden viele Casinos schließlich nicht tun! Finger weg von diesem Casino! Es wirkt zwar seriös, aber die Auszahlungen dauern ewig. Ach ja, und zu dieser Firma gehören viele Casinos wie Pistolo, Allyspin, Posido, Wild Robin usw. – die sind alle gleich. Man streitet sich wochenlang, bis man sein Geld sieht.
Won a decent amount of $975, so I tried to make a withdrawal and discovered they have a withdrawal limit of $750. I had to wait 6 days for the initial $750, and now we’re on day 8 of waiting for the remainder… so a total of 14 days so far. Numerous chat support conversations where they give you the usual excuses of high volume of withdrawal requests, but not to worry, my money is safe and they’re prioritizing my concerns with the obviously overworked finance department. One chat support agent was super snarky and told me I should be glad that they were going to pay me at some point, that lots of casinos don’t! Avoid this casino. It seems legit, but you will wait a long time for your withdrawals. Oh, and this company consists of a lot of casinos like Pistolo, Allyspin, Posido, Wild Robin, etc… they’re all the same, you will argue for weeks to see any funds.
