Zu meiner Überraschung wurden die Dokumente schnell überprüft

Ich wurde dann per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass mein Einkommensnachweis für die Adresse abgelehnt wurde

also habe ich meinen Kontoauszug hochgeladen,

dann wurde es genehmigt, also wurde mein Konto am 18. Februar 2025 verifiziert

per Mail. Nun habe ich eine Auszahlung beantragt, welche storniert wurde. Die Begründung war, dass ich ein Selfie mit meinem Ausweis hochladen sollte, obwohl mein Account verifiziert war.

Nun habe ich mein ID-Selfie hochgeladen, aber nichts passierte. Laut Support hätte mein ID-Selfie innerhalb von 24 Stunden überprüft werden sollen

Nun sind die 24 Stunden vorbei und nichts ist passiert
