Complaint against Spinoli Casino / Next Global Era Limited – Endless and Escalating Verification Requirements
I am submitting this complaint because I find Spinoli Casino’s verification process completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
I have cooperated with every verification request made by the casino. I completed the identity verification procedure and submitted the requested identification documents. I was then asked for banking/payment documentation, which I also provided. After that, I was required to submit a photograph of myself holding my identity document, and I complied with that request as well.
Instead of completing my verification, Spinoli has continued adding new requirements. Approximately every two days, another verification request appears.
Now, after all of the above has already been completed, Spinoli suddenly requires me to obtain a notarized copy of my National Identity Card, involving a visit to a notary, additional costs and the submission of yet another copy of an extremely sensitive personal document.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that I specifically questioned Spinoli’s support about the basis for these requirements. The Terms and Conditions section shown to me by their own live-chat support mentions photo identification, proof of address and additional verification measures such as a selfie or verification call. The section shown to me does not specifically mention a notarized copy of an identity document. I have a screenshot of this conversation and will provide it as evidence.
I am not refusing reasonable KYC verification. On the contrary, I have repeatedly cooperated and provided everything requested from me.
My issue is that after every completed verification step, another requirement is introduced:
Identity verification → ID documents → banking/payment documents → photo of myself holding my ID → now a notarized ID copy.
This creates the impression of a verification process with no clear endpoint.
