Das Casino bietet zunächst viele Aktionen an (Freispiele, Gratiswetten usw.), aber sobald Sie ein positives Guthaben haben, beginnen sie, Ihre Wettmöglichkeiten einzuschränken und schließen bestimmte Märkte. Das ist absolut widerlich, aber das Schlimmste ist noch nicht einmal da.
Als ich eines Tages ihre Plattform betrete, merke ich, dass sie mich ohne vorherige Ankündigung gesperrt haben (bis einen Tag vor dem Vorfall hatte ich das Konto auf der Website lange Zeit normal verwendet und ständig Einzahlungen und Abhebungen mit einem Konto in meinem Namen vorgenommen). Danach bitte ich sie um Erklärungen zu dem Vorfall und sie schicken mir nur eine SPAM-Nachricht mit ihren AGB, in der sie sagen, dass die Entscheidung einstimmig und unumkehrbar ist. Ich frage sie erneut, was ich gebrochen habe, um mein Konto schließen zu lassen, und sie schicken immer noch keine Bestätigung dafür, sie schicken einfach immer wieder denselben Spam (selbst wenn man sie per E-Mail fragt, ist es genau dasselbe).
Ich kenne Leute, die zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Sperre Geld auf ihrem Konto hatten und den gesamten Betrag einbehalten haben, ohne ihren Kunden die Möglichkeit zu geben, es abzuheben. Glücklicherweise hatte ich in meinem Fall keinen offenen Betrag, daher denke ich, dass ich gerettet war.
Ich kann dieses Casino überhaupt nicht empfehlen, es ist durch und durch Müll. In Chile hatten viele Leute Probleme mit ihnen, und das Schlimmste ist, dass sie hier große Teams sponsern und überall Werbung machen (auf Bildschirmen in Geschäften, Plakaten bei Spielen, auf Straßen usw.). Was sie tun, ist eine absolute Schande. Es ist eine Schande, dass Wettbüros in diesem Land nicht legalisiert sind, sonst würden diese Leute hier höchstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr aktiv sein.

I know of people who had money in their account at the time of their ban, and they kept the entire amount without allowing their customers to withdraw it. Fortunately, in my case, I didn't have an outstanding balance, so in that sense, I think I was saved.
I do not recommend this casino AT ALL, it is garbage through and through. In Chile, many people have had problems with them and the worst thing is that they sponsor big teams here, they have advertising everywhere (on screens in commercial stores, posters at games, streets, etc.) What they do is a total disgrace. It is a shame that betting houses are not legalized in this country, otherwise, it is most likely that these guys would no longer be operating here.
Al principio el casino ofrece muchas promociones (giros gratis, free bets, etc) pero una vez que empiezas a tener saldo positivo comienzan a restringir lo apostado, te cierran ciertos mercados, una asquerosidad total, pero lo peor no paso ahi.
Un dia entrando a su plataforma me doy cuenta que me banearon sin previo aviso (hasta un dia antes de lo ocurrido, habia usado la cuenta en el sitio normalmente durante mucho tiempo, haciendo depósitos, retiros constantes con una cuenta a mi nombre) seguido a esto, les pido explicaciones sobre lo sucedido y solo me envian un SPAM con sus TYC en donde dicen que la decisión es unanime e irreversible, les pregunto de vuelta que fue lo que incumpli para que me cerraran la cuenta y siguen sin enviar una confirmación de aquello, solo mandan el mismo spam una y otra vez (aunque les preguntes por correo, es exactamente lo mismo)
Conozco de gente que tenia dinero dentro de la cuenta al momento de ser baneados y de esa misma manera quedandose con todo el monto sin que los clientes puedan hacer retiro de aquello, menos mal en mi caso no tenia saldo pendiente asi que en ese sentido, creo que me salve.
No recomiendo PARA NADA este casino, es una basura con todas sus letras, en chile mucha gente ha tenido problema con ellos y lo peor es que patrocinan equipos grandes aca, tienen publicidad por todos lados (en las pantallas de tiendas comerciales, carteles en los partidos, calles, etc) es una sinvergüenzura total lo que hacen, es una lastima que en este pais no esten legalizadas las casas de apuestas de lo contrario lo más probable es que estos tipos ya no estarian operando por aca.
