I tried to a non-deposit bonus in this casino, for the first time all was ok, until I asked customer support about info of wagering and withdrawal rules, they answered so systematically like robotic answers not really answering a straight version, so I pushed a bit more just to see what they meant with their confusing and vague robotic answers, and this is what I got at the end….

so right from the start there is a huge red flag for me, since they were not specific on details, then their last long explanation of the withdrawal process was the worst I have ever encounter, so far, extremely confusing and baffles me…

So, I tried to verify my account because is a habit of mine to verify my account on any new casino I play and before placing any deposits then after verified I will proceed to deposit because, if I would like to withdraw and your account is not verified some times the casino makes excuses on the verification process and takes way to long to be able to withdraw that way, and I wrote to the email that the representative that responded previously had provided to verify the payment method but, I got denied to verify saying that only if necessary the casino will request verification, and didn’t allowed me to verify before depositing…

I don’t know, but I have trust issues with this casino still is a bit complicated all this, I’ll prefer to stay away from them.

fileI have already sent a complaint about a bet i placed on a game (108 euros for 1.5 goals halftime), however the halftime was 25 minutes and not 45.

I am asking for my bet back, they are refusing, giving me no proof or clear answers, although I have already sent them screenshots that nowhere on their site it was mentioned. They also told me to check their terms about official sites, this game and championship has no official source and its not included in their terms.

They are blaming me saying that I didnt pay attention. Attention to what? It's not mentioned ANYWHERE!

I'm truly sorry to say that, but we do not get involved in sports betting situations. As the name suggests, we focus our insight solely on casino games.
