wärend man spielt wird einem ein Bonus aktiviert den man 40 mal umsetzen muss und am Ende wird alles gewonnene vom Spielkonto wieder abgebucht.
habe ein Bonus erhalten(200 Euro) um den ich nicht gebeten habe der wurde dann automatisch aktiviert musste es dann umsetzen 40x (8000 Euro. Hatte am Ende über 3000 Euro nach dem es aber umgesetzt war wurden mir fast 3000 Euro wieder weggenommen vom Konto.
das ist in meinen Augen Betrug und Diebstahl.
werde hier nicht mehr spielen und kann jedem nur davor abraten.

Hello, in this case I would think about lodging a complaint if you received a bonus that you did not ask for and could not be removed somehow and you lost your winnings because of it. It doesn't seem normal to me.
Anyway, was it your first time playing in a casino ? I'm wondering if there was a bonus you couldn't have marked as welcome and that's why you got it.
