I registered yesterday too and won on first deposit. I asked withdrawal but the verification process is just awful... They keep asking me the same things all over again. I deposited using paysafe card which is a prepaid card voucher, i sent them the voucher code but they ask a proof of the deposit made with reference number, date and time and my name on it... i really do not know how i can send this if i used a simple prepaid card. You just fill in numbers and it adds the money...

I'm beginning to think that the casino staff can't distinguish between prepaid vouchers and debit cards.

Recently a few players from Germany ended up going to a bank to get the proof of deposit, because normally the statement is not made for just one transaction and does not show the name of the owner at the same time. 🤔

yes i had to explain to them how it works and i also told them that it was the last time i was sending the voucher otherwise i would have submitted a complaint here for delayed verification. And weirdly after that, it was accepted.


I am waiting on my winnings to be paid, it was declined 4 times, first 3 because of verification and last time because apparently due to technical issue. Maybe they are telling truth but i find it funny how the issues always apply to withdrawals, there are almost never issues when we deposit. I deposited with neteller 2nd time to be able to withdraw and money was sent without any problem but when i ask withdrawal with it, suddenly there is a technical issue lol. Anyway, let's wait, there is nothing else to do.

Did you know that if you deposit by debit card or banking transaction, you instantly play with borrowed money? I take up to a few days for the money to hit the casino's account, so it's quite the same as with the withdrawal in super-speed casinos 🙂.

So again, let's hope that the problems won't last.

The verification takes a while or it's just me ? They verify one picture and that's all. A few hours later they verify another one. Got only 2 of 7 pictures verified at this point! There is any logical reason for casinos to do that?

If the document is pending, it'll appear at the top of the list. If it is checked and didn't go through, it'll be down on the list and it means you need to send a better picture. If it's OK, there will be a tick.

Hello for both of you. It's just that I did upload all the documents at same time but they didn't verify all at same time.

But I'm already able to withdraw and everything is working good now.
