First for some unknown reason they had the wrong email address took two days to correct that, then they claim that I did not give enough verification information because they did not recognize that I had given them two pieces of ID when I sent them a photo of the two pieces of ID together. I've withdrawn here and there like 100 euros or something and they made it soo difficult to get my money back. Great casino. Good RTP. Decent bonuses. I won over $200 AUD on a single hit with a very low bet of $0.40 (40 cents AUD), and this happened a couple of times on different games, and I ended up cashing out over $500 from a $45 deposit.
