I guess that it's best to learn whether Play'nGo allows their games to be offered in Austria, or which of those are restricted.

Some casinos just don't want to cross the game providers' restrictions, some casinos, on the other hand, want to offer players games they like, so they offer you even "forbidden" games.

This is the easiest explanation. 🙂

Furthermore, some game providers are not willing to provide their games to unlicensed casinos, so the variety of games can be affected by the license as well.

hallo, genau das habe ich mir auch gedacht. nur es gibt auch gute casinos die play n go zulassen. videoslot, mr vegas.......

bei manchen casinos durfte ich am anfang diese slots spielen und nach einiger zeit waren sie verboten. darum ist es sehr komisch für mich.

ich hatte auch noch nie probleme mit casinos die play n go anbieten. vielleicht prüft play n go diese casinos. pragmaticplay gibts überall, aber seit wochen nur mehr leere spins.


daher denke ich, wo play n go erlaubt ist, ist es ein gutes casino. vielleicht bilde ich mir das nur ein.

I would not say that play'n Go games are a good indicator of the quality of the casino. There are other more important aspects such as the casino's revenue, terms and conditions, and so on. Don't think? 🙂

I also think that it is also important to keep the slot's RTP and volatility in mind when it comes to dead spins.

Have a huge problem with this casino. I deposited last year with a credit card I no longer have. On withdrawl from 30 free spins that I got I won 200...they want all my info from a credit card that I used a year ago.

So I dug up all the info ..including the old card sent them the statement showing them the deposit, but because itcwas a different last name ,same address, same everything ..they then want a divorce certificate, sent them that as well. Remember this is all taking place after my account was verified by the casino....now they have suspended my account and I gave to wait to see if they accept my divorce document...I'm not doing a withdrawl to a credit card I no longer have. So I seriously don't understand what they are doing. And I checked with there legal verification department they should not even be looking at a credit card that is no longer in use.

This is how you treat your players...it's a joke and I'm not impressed.

Am I assuming correctly that, for some reason, the casino has decided to verify all your recent deposit and payment methods?

I mean it is August thus, I suspect you've made some deposits in between, have you?

One way or another, it's the casino's responsibility to pay out all legitimately gained winnings without an unnecessary hassle or delay. If I may speculate a bit, I'd say this additional verification must have something in common with AML or a flagged account. Though you should be provided with full a explanation, more importantly, all demands should be reasonable.

What would you supposed to do if the casino asked for a picture of you holding this card, for example?

Anyway, I found a very positive update in the complaint thread - the casino has confirmed the payout has been approved!

as I said no chance of winnings, let say you play a balance of 400$ and i have calculated while playing down that 400$ i have total win of 176$.... the RTP is just below 50%, it does not mater what game you play or what time you play always the same,

Hello friends please HELP! I have been trying to verify my account now for over 2 days. They keep requesting a proof of deposit document that does not even exist. They want my bank account number with my name and address and also the deposit shown on the same page. I have sent them multiple documents proving the interac etransfer came from my account and they still will not verify my account. I think this is a fraudulent site that will stop at nothing to prevent any withdrawals. I have 2.420$ in winnings but I can't get the last part
