This used to be the best casino for looking after there customers. Always had deposit bonuses to offer. I would mix it up with straight cash deposits and sometimes claiming the bonus if it was a decent offer. One thing I could always count on was being able to contact live chat for a no deposit cash bonus every now and again when I needed it. Used to always make you feel like a valued customer and would give a decent bonus to make it worth ya while….i feel like lately it’s changed. Always trying to avoid giving anything away for free, only offering deposit bonuses (which clearly I would have already deposited if I could have, would I) Making you feel as though the loyalty program is more than enough reward getting 20 free spins every 3 months type thing should keep us customers coming back to them. I tell you what I used to spend a hell of a lot more when they valued there customers over profit margins. TIP: Profit margins only decrease with the type of customer service currently offered. Previous customer service increases the profits ten fold when you create a connection with a loyal client. Food for thought!! I will post a more detailed factual report on the next review!! This vent was needed as my frustration has been building over months until I had to say something…..1000’s of $$$$$ to be treated like ****….Not impressed and would like to see management either improve or find new management for there customers support service live chat!!!

May I ask, though, if you experienced some kind of issue and the support wasn't able to help you, or what it is that exactly changed in your opinion and now the support is not as it used to be?🤔
