Geld war heute aus den nichts da keine Email und so bekommen aber ist mir ja egal Hauptsache Geld ist da. Danke für Eure Antworten und Hilfe

Since it is Wednesday's early afternoon, do you count the weekend into those 3 days? Well, some caisno are off for weekends. It's just a thought.

Yes, you wrote that once. Have you had any successful withdrawals in the casino in the past ? What did the casino tell you when you asked why it takes a couple of days ? 

However, I don't think it's a big deal at all and you'll have to wait a bit. 

If you find out anything new, feel free to let us know how your situation develops, I believe you will get your money.

So, they asked for more documents (skrill account and new pictures of my card) front and back visible, i sent them asap.


When i ask in chat all they say is ''its not my department but ill lt them know) its the same reply everytime.


They dont reply to email and now it has been 5 days since i requested the payout through skrill. Wont advice anyone to play here

These documents have now been requested ? If so, the casino will first have to verify and accept them in order to receive the money. 

However, I can certainly understand how you feel when you get the same answer over and over again and they don't answer your emails at all. I think what will be needed is to hold out and see how the whole situation develops. If the casino keeps repeating the same thing over and over again and nothing gets resolved, then I would suggest you open a complaint where our team will try to help you.

Although I hope it will not be necessary and you will get your money.

Same problem for me it seems. I'm verified - requested a withdrawal and it's been pending since 10 December - Chat can't tell me why or how long I need to wait. It's significant money so I can't let it go. Having been scammed before I am very careful and only play casino's recommended by sites like this. It seems some people do get paid out so I will hope for the best.

Hi, I'm sorry you haven't received your money yet, but we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals. 

Regarding the chat, they didn't even tell you why it's taking 10 days, just that they don't know when you'll get it ? I understand that casinos have it tougher this holiday season so there may be reasons why withdrawals are slower at the moment. 

However, I saw that you have already filed a complaint so we'll see where your situation leads.

Sie sind sehr langsam, unter anderem forderten sie mich in einer E-Mail auf, die Karten zu überprüfen, indem sie mich aufforderten, die ersten 6 und letzten 4 Ziffern der Karten anzuzeigen und den Rest abzudunkeln, und zwei Tage später schickten sie mir eine weitere E-Mail mit der Angabe, dass ich dies getan habe um das Ablaufdatum zu verlassen. Alles sehr langsam. Ich hoffe, dass sie die Situation jetzt entschärfen, da sie alles hatten.

Hi, I think you're thinking quite well. Two days isn't that long yet so I wouldn't be skeptical right away. It's also good that you have sent the documents for verification because only when you have successfully completed it, you will be allowed to withdraw. So I would assume that once the casino completes all the checks, it should let you know if you have been successfully verified and then you should withdraw. 

Anyway, will you keep me posted on how it goes and if you managed to move forward ?
