They paid out one of them of 440 euro, im still waiting to withdraw 6000. My next two withdrawals are pending almost two weeks now. Its really turning me off the business. If u win u should not have to go through this to get your money

Yes I know about your case, because I read this thread. I'm quite sorry that it's actually been quite a long time since you've been waiting for a withdrawal.
But the only thing left is to be patient when you have a complaint with us, because our team will try to help you. If you don't get any response from the casino, we can only wait and see how the whole thing ends up.
As far as reputation is concerned, the casino's safety index doesn't just drop. If your complaint is unresolved, then our data team will look into it and the safety index will be adjusted accordingly.

I agree that it shouldn't be that difficult to get wins. Especially when you've been waiting a few weeks. However, sometimes casinos do checks for bigger wins and that's why that happens from time to time. But you should always know what's going on so you have an insight.
Anyway, if you wait more than two weeks, you know you can contact us.

Warte jetzt seit dem 27 März auf 400€ und am 18 einmal 400€ und einmal 100€. Also insgesamt 900€ bis jetzt nichts auf meinem Konto. Im Livechat bzw Support bekommt man nur die selbe Antwort das es schon auf dem Weg ist und in naher Zukunft auf dem Konto sei bin wirklich verdammt traurig. In den agbs steht das es 3-5 Werktage sind….

Immer noch kein Geld und keine Reaktion des Casinos. Bei meiner Beschwerde tut sich auch nichts . Ich bin ratlos.

Just give the complaint a few more days, please. I imagine this whole wait is painful, yet the team is aware of your withdrawal and will get back to you eventually.

If I'm not mistaken, the casino failed to fulfill the payments within 14 full days, which we used to apply as a maximum time frame.
So, how about creating an official complaint so our dedicated Complaint Team has a chance to dive into the matter?

Habe immer noch kein Geld erhalten. Ich warte seit dem 12.03. und seit dem 26.03. auf meine Verifizierung. Es ist alles dubios und sehr bedenklich!!!! Eine Beschwerde habe ich auch bei Euch eingereicht. Ich glaube nicht mehr daran das ich mein Geld bekommen. Aber was macht man dann??? Man ist vollkommen machtlos!!!

Hat es denn in den letzten Tagen eine Auszahlung in diesem Casino gegeben. Wenn ja , wie lange war die Wartezeit. ? Ist dieses Casino überhaupt zahlungsfähig? Jeder wird hier auf dieselbe Art vertröstet und hingehalten und nichts passiert. Es ist einfach unglaulich und kriminell!

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe hier schon einmal kommentiert.
Auf meine damaligen Auszahlungen in Höhe von 1000 Euro habe ich 11 Tage gewartet. Ich habe sie aber letzten Endes erhalten.
Jetzt habe ich am 31.03. und am 01.04. wieder etwas gewonnen und seitdem gewartet.
Soeben habe ich die Auszahlungen dazu wieder erhalten. Bei mir klappt also alles.
Ich drücke euch allen die Daumen, dass ihr eure Auszahlungen noch erhaltet.

I haven't seen anything in the last few days that the casino has managed to cash out any players. The last settled withdrawal complaint was on March 26 according to our complaints. So obviously, even though I know it's not easy, we will have to be patient.
