Hallo, das ist das größte Problem, dass sie einem keine Erklärung geben. Am 24. Juni beantrage ich die Auszahlung, am 25. bitten sie mich um eine Verifizierung mit Dokumenten und am 26. erhalte ich die E-Mail, dass alles verifiziert ist. Ich habe den Status der Auszahlung von „ausstehend" auf „in Bearbeitung" geändert und nach 2 Tagen eine E-Mail erhalten, dass die Auszahlung fehlgeschlagen ist. Von da an mache ich 4 weitere Auszahlungen, die 2 Tage lang „ausstehend" sind, und dann sagen sie, dass es fehlgeschlagen ist, ohne eine Erklärung zu geben. Jetzt habe ich versucht, eine Einzahlung vorzunehmen, um zu sehen, ob sich die Situation dadurch auflösen würde, und es scheint nicht so, als hätten sie das Konto bei mir gelassen, ohne dass ich etwas tun oder abheben oder einzahlen konnte. Und im Kundenservice sagen sie einem nur, dass sie es an die entsprechende Abteilung weiterleiten, aber sie kontaktieren einen nie von dieser Abteilung aus. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung und lässt mich denken, dass ich das Geld nie bekommen werde.
