Nun ja, das war alles nur ein Scherz, denn damals habe ich mehrere Einzahlungen getätigt und nie das versprochene Cashback erhalten, es ist klar, dass es sich um falsche Werbeaktionen handelt. Danke

But they do things that i can't understand.

But i play before and this is nonsense, i spend 1000 and get 1$ cashback. compare to before where i get 110$ .. So this makes me leave them and never play there again.

Idk why they made that but they can't step back levels.. i asked for it.

3- their support answers after 5-10 min on every reply. So u need 20-30 min each time to chat waiting them to reply. They get job done, and they are always there but still.

As far as cashback is concerned, it is really quite disadvantageous for players who reach a higher level. Then it's probably best to somehow stay at a lower level to make it worthwhile. I find it quite illogical because it will lose loyal players in my opinion. 

In terms of support, it could definitely be better, but there are casinos where it would take a longer time to get an answer, so I don't think it's that bad. 

Anyway, thank you for your summary of your experience in the casino, because other players will be able to see it and maybe it will help them in deciding whether to play here. According to your opinion, it probably won't be so and you will search for another casino, am I right ?

That's right, when you switch from Diamond Cashback to Vip Cashback, the percentage changes from 11% to 0.05 - 0.25%, but there is a note.

Well if u want to get better learn how to make players happy, and that's not by decrease cashback by 200x when they finally hit some status..


also people don't care about cashback if they won.. the point of cashback (AND THAT'S WHY IT' S CALLED THAT) is to back some % if u lose. Not if u won.

The nonsense is to give 0.05% cashback. That's ridiculous and preposterous.

The whole point of levels is to be better and u just made it worst possible for loyal players... nice one.

That's how u loose players.

I was loyal and spend a lot there, now never gonna put a dime on you.

I think wording is the problem here, the casino says 0.05-0.25% on all bets (no matter if it's a win or a loss), that's rebate, but it can also be called cashback/rakeback (some casinos do) but rebate is a better way to put it. 0.25% of every single bet placed doesn't sounds bad to me, it sounds like a rebate/rakeback offer to me.

Cashback is more simple: lose a deposit and get cashback, both rakeback and cashback work depending on what kind of player you are, if you tend to wager on really long sessions, then rebate is better, if you play on short sessions and you tend to have a target profit for your balance but tend to lose it all when failing, then cashback is better (this definitely improves your chances in the long run). Still, this offer doesn't sound bad to me, but I suppose it requires tons of wagering to reach that level and I would expect something a bit more generous, with such an offer I would recommend playing exclusively high RTP games, because the offer depends on the bet you make, not house edge % returned back to you (like rakeback). This is the first rebate offer I see from a casino, do every game type truly counts toward it?

Yes on live chat and they do not have clue. The support maybe on email or some official way maybe, but i guess they just had problems technical wise. I checked now and there are skrill,neteller,perfect money,astropay,jeton,visa,mcard, and crypto. They got good amount of opt atm.. at least for deposit.

They remove the additional fee for crypto now also.

Also yes. REALLY REALLY disadvantageous and f nonsense. i was happy to reach top level because i spend a lot and only play there for a year and more, but when i saw the % of that it was insane.

They literally give 2$ for 1000 spent ..what I'm suppose to do with that? and u are mad when u loose a lot of money, when seeing 2$ cs you get mad even more trust me. I don't know why they put that. I asked them to decrease my stat, it can't be done.

Well, im really sad that there are some things like cashback nonsense, sms confirmation code sending not working for me, and their live chat they probably hire Indian/Bangladesh people so they had to translate chat to answer you..

But other than That WHICH they are not Major probs, (except cashback system, which i hope they will change) They are one of the best places for betting, and They have good casino/live area with constantly adding new games/things

You get 2 bucks returned for 1k wagered, I get 5 bucks for every 10k wagered in rakeback in other casino 😂 do you get any other bonuses besides that rebate offer at that loyalty level or not? In case you get other bonuses I think that would compensate how low the cashback is

there is weekly fixed % of sport bets cs, but maybe 2-3 % idk exactly.

also there are some points that i sometimes have and sometimes don't ..u can use them on some live games or sportbetting if u transfer them to real money tickets/promocodes. they are not really explained and i don't know how i can obtain them

basically their app is f 300 areas, and stuff u can't really know what is what, there are so many things

but this cs is bugging me ever since i hit max

Problems with a withdraw through SEPA. I was able to withdraw money yesterday but today, at first was denied and know even the option has disappeared. This is far far to be the quality you expect from a trustable site.

The assistance from their end seems poor. Always the same answer and not really addressing what happens.

I really hope I can solve my problem properly because all what I've played was legit. Deposit via bank account and trying to withdraw the same.

I hope CG will help and also from Megapari stop hiding their methods of withdraw and handle as they should.
