I understand that you are sad about the whole situation, but I saw that you have an open complaint and we are waiting for the casino's response. If they didn't try to resolve your situation, then the safety index and its reduction would be addressed.

It’s seemingly chaos over there because they can’t pay anyone ☹️ I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.
