Our poker is much older than casino and sportsbook, it exists almost 2 years. As passionate poker players, we love our poker. We tried a lot of things with poker, we made a lot of promotions, a lot of interesting tournaments, free money... But it's really hard to bring new players to poker. Some players come, see that there are not so many players in the room and just leave...

You know the situation - new people don't want to play because there are not many players - there are not many players because new people don't want to play if tables are not full... Tough situation. Over the past few days, some people have made incorrect statements about Chipstars casino on this Casino.guru forum which we expressly reject.

No, I didn't get the reply, but I didn't even ask. I explained here that if you have an issue with the casino, then create a complaint and I'm also pretty sure the casino won't react here anymore if an official complaint won't be submitted.

And you keep asking the casino representatives if they have the UK license, you mention flags on our website, bonuses, flags ticked and so on... My question is: What's the point? What's so unclear about it? What are you trying to reach, what's the goal? I honestly don't get.

If the casino treated you unfairly, they used some stupid excuses against you just to avoid paying out the winnings, then fine, we're here to help. But based on what I read here, I'm not even sure if the casino did something bad to you.

You started this conversation by asking the casino whether it obeys the local law when it comes to accepting players from the UK.

Furthermore, you were very straightforward towards the opinion that the casino violates the law, so the casino went silent. Up to that date, we were informed that the casino accepts players from the UK.

Maybe you could simply start with the fact, that the registration form does not contain the UK country option anymore. Don't you think? 🙂

It was one week ago. 

At the same time (one week ago) the most recent information we had so far was that players from the UK were accepted. We check such information each time our data team reviews a casino, or if the casino updates us directly. In this case, we learned this during the latest structural check.

The moment you mentioned that the UK is missing in the register form I checked it personally and forward it to be further checked by other teams.

From my point of view, the rest of this discussion was about the legality which is not our part, and promotion, which I now understand was more associated with the country restriction than anything else.

I hope it's clearer now. 🙂

I'll get back to you as soon as I receive a reply myself.

I just want to highlight that I'm not going to react to this topic anymore as well, because I would just repeat myself. If you have any issue with the casino, submit a complaint. If you don't, you can keep repeating questions here that the casino apparently won't answer. We double checked the information we have on our website based on this thread and forwarded this information to our Data team (as Radka already mentioned) and asked them to update the casino information in case there are any changes.

I have registered with chipstars few weeks ago and all the deposits and payouts are running very smoothly. Last weekend I was really lucky and I won a total of around 30k dollars in total. But when I withdrawed the first cashout on 12th of August, it says it was approved but no money in my account. And the following 10k withdrawals were not accepted, I am quite worried about my winnings, could you help me about this?
