Das kann ich alles auch Nachvollziehen , allerdings geht es hier eher darum warum Betsolino IMMER NOCH dann als neu eingestuft ist/wird , und dass obwohl ja offensichtlich ist was dort passiert.
Es sind bestimmt weitere Spieler betroffen , die sich nur die Casino Bewertung anschauen aber hier keine Beschwerde einlegen!
Dies geht ja täglich weiter , Bonuse werden immer noch von Betsolino versendet , per Mail. Also die Betrugsmasche geht weiter , auch Aufrgrund einer guten Bewertung bei CasinoGuru - TROTZ eindeutigen Beschwerden!

The casino is not under any protection. If the complaints against it are not resolved, then its safety index will change. The fact that it is marked as fresh does not mean that if it does not try to pay players and solve the problems that it will not be penalised.

Report this transaction as fraud to Revolut. They might be able to escalate this with third parties and make these scammers pay for what they are doing.

Also nachdem ich allkes mir durchgelesen habe ist meine Hoffnung komplett hin , genau wie bei allen anderen hier! Und das traurige ist das wir hier seit 2 , 3 oder mehr Wochen schreiben , beschwerden sich aber nichts ändert! Und zwar rein gar nichts.
Das stellt sich natürlich die Frage ob es überhaupt etwas bringt eine Beschwerde einzulegen.
Es ist für viele die einzige Möglichkeit und da erhoffte man sich zuviel von CasinoGuru.
Das Sie das lösen könnten ....Auf Eure anfragen reagiert Betsolino ja genuso wenig deshalb die Frage warum eben immer noch 6,8 bewertet?

Because so far it has only one unresolved complaint. When the other complaints are closed as unresolved, then the safety index will change. Not before. According to what I have seen some complaints have already been resolved by the casino a month ago and I would be very happy if it was like that.
Unfortunately, we can't force the casino to do anything and even though we try to do our best for the players, it may not work out. So even though the players have hope in us, if the casino doesn't want to do anything, it's hard to move forward.
Your complaint is open and the casino will be contacted shortly, so just wait and see what happens. 😕

That's very sad, we'll see what the others do, but if you didn't get an answer then I don't know how the casino will proceed in other cases.

I think someone mentioned it here in the thread and also has an open complaint with this casino on our site. I would very much like to say and believe that everything will be solved without further problems but I don't want to promise it in order not to mislead the players unnecessarily.
I hope that someone will come with a positive update. 🙁

Meine Beschwerde ist seit 48h ohne Bearbeitung von Casino Guru. Der Timer ist schon längst abgelaufen, trotzdem antwortet hier keiner.

0.5 because they didn’t reply on my complaint I Guess…. Their have to be a lot of complaints to be unresolved to drop the rating that much so new players won’t start playing….

At the earliest a certain amount of time must pass which Kristina mentioned in order to contact the casino. However, I see that they have not responded to the complaint and one ended up unresolved, so I am beginning to doubt even that it will turn out well, although I would like to be wrong.
