I won some money here and then it was time to verify.
What a complete joke of a lying casino.
Anyway I verified my account sent what they ask for and get confirmation Im verified.
I make a withdraw and get a email to confirm my withdraw address, button didnt work just sent me to a blank page so I had to contact support. Anyway I managed to confirm my withdraw address but my withdraw cancelled anyway. Support tells me that if I make a withdraw to my bank account it will work but same here cancelled my withdraw. Next time I talk to support they tell me that I have to open a brand new crypto account lol why would that make any difference?? Anyway I made a new crypto account and made a withdraw and what a surprise they cancel again, they tell me to do a smaller amount nzd300 they cancel again! They tell me make a nzd100 withdraw(what a joke of a casino its not even $60) to my suprise they sent me the nzd100, but after that they cancel 3 straight withdraws of nzd100.
Stay away from this casino, they do anything to not pay you and the support agent lying to you all the time saying it will work after this and it will be fine now, and if you say anything to them they just tells you "trust me and listen to my advice" I did that 10 times when you lied straight in my face so why would I trust you now.
Disgusting casino I really hope no one ever plays here again!!

I made another withdraw lets see what excuse they use this time.

I played at their casino because of their welcome bonus offered, but after depositing I could not claim the bonus and support staff only sited some rules in the terms and just closed the chat on me.
I see many 5 star ratings here and thats highly suspicious, normal people in generall dont write reviews like that and also average person would not give 5 stars that often.

Stay away if you wanna play with bonus since that is only a bait that they later will refuse you.

Signed up and deposited, then got my account blocked and they send me an email saying they need me to send documents.
Asked me to send pictures of me doing a selfie with my passport and a note with the date and also needed a non digital proof of address!
After finally doing this annoying selfie because they kept my money hostage, the send me an email saying congrats you are now verified.
And just few minutes later get another email saying my account will get closed and they send my money back.
Seriously keep away from this casino, wasted many days for me just to send me the cash back to my e-wallet.
