Heute habe ich beschlossen, einen Bonuscode einzulösen, den sie auf ihrem Telegram-Kanal geteilt haben. Hoy decidí canjear un código de bono que compartieron en su canal de Telegram, antes fui a preguntar en atención al cliente si era posible que pueda depositar la cantidad y luego retirarla para jugar el bono, a lo que me respondieron que si era posible pero en caso de retirar lo depositado habían dos opciones: jugar el monto de todo lo depositado o pagar 10% de comisión sobre el monto depositado. Acepte e hice el deposito, el bono me llego y luego retire el monto depositado aceptando que me cobren el 10% de comisión, para ese momento cabe indicar que ya había jugado los tiros gratis del bono y estaba cumpliendo el rollover. Al rato me rechazan el retiro y me tienden la trampa de que si quiero retirar debo hacer una de esta dos opciones: Jugar todo lo depositado o eliminar el bono. Claramente no quería perder el bono así que decido jugar todo lo que deposite en Casino en Vivo, cuando por fin acabo y procedo hacer el retiro en atención al cliente me dicen que para hacerlo si o si debo eliminar el bono. Claramente lo único que buscaban era quedarse con mi dinero depositado y en parte lo hicieron ya que al jugarlo perdí una parte y para colmo al final ni siquiera me dejaron aprovechar el bono. Una cosa mas para que quede claro, el bono no era fijo, por lo tanto yo no estaba en la obligación de continuar jugando con mi dinero para seguir usando el bono. La verdad me lleve una decepción es el primer casino que me tiende este tipo de trampas.
