Laut Chat aspa wurde die Zahlung auf dasselbe Konto getätigt, auf dem die Einzahlung getätigt wurde. Zahlungsmethode zimbler, sollte sofort und laut Website sofort erscheinen. Es ist jetzt 1,5 Tage her und immer noch nicht auf dem Konto. Aspa sagt nur, dass es bezahlt wurde und es wahrscheinlich bald sichtbar sein wird. Januar 2023 habe ich eine Rückführung vorgenommen. Genehmigt am 02.01.2023. Das Geld ist am 04.01.2023 auf dem Konto eingegangen. Vier Kontakte mit aspa per Chat bezüglich meiner Rückführung. Neueste 4.1. und dann hat die person von aspa (englischsprachig) eine anfrage an die finanzabteilung geschickt und innerhalb von 5 stunden war das geld auf meinem konto. Es ist ziemlich schwierig, weil die Antwort normalerweise war, ja, der Punkt sollte erscheinen, aber er tat es einfach nicht. Ich habe 2 E-Mails gesendet und sie wurden überhaupt nicht beantwortet. Aber irgendwie hat es zumindest bei mir funktioniert. 3 Tage ist natürlich die in den Bedingungen versprochene Bearbeitungszeit, sie ist also eingetroffen. An anderer Stelle auf ihrer Website heißt es natürlich, dass es sofort nach der Genehmigung erfolgt.

Yritin kysyä tilinumeroa jonne maksettu, niin aina vastaus, sama mistä talletettu. Lisäksi tein noston Spankkiin ja sähköpostissa luki että maksettu Nordeaan. Kuulemma jokin virhe vaan. Saa nähdä tuleeko koskaan. Parilta käyttäjältä samanlaista negaa, mutta kukaan ei oo kertonut, onko rahoja koskaan tullut tilille. Summa on niinkin iso kun 90€. Uusi kasino minulle ni täytyy ensin testata, toimiiko kotiutus ja ei hyvältä näytä. Päivitys: Ensimmäinen kotiutus meni näin. 1.1.2023 tein kotiutuksen. Hyväksyttiin 2.1.2023. Rahat tuli tilille 4.1.2023. Neljä yhteydenottoa aspaan chatin kautta liittyen kotiutukseeni. Viimeisin 4.1. ja silloin aspan henkilö (eng.kielinen) laittoi talousosastolle kyselyn ja tästä 5 tuntia oli rahat tililläni. Aika vaikeaa on kyllä ku yleensä oli vastaus että kyllä kohtapuoli pitäisi näkyä, mutta ei vaan tullut. 2 sähköpostia laitoin ja niihin ei vastattu ollenkaan. Mutta jollain tavalla toimi ainakin minun kohdalla. Toki 3 päivää on ehdoissa luvattu käsittelyaika, niin se toteutui kyllä. Toki muualla heidän sivuilla lukee että välitön kun on hyväksytty.
