nein,habe ich nicht mehr. ich besuche diese seite auch seitdem nicht mehr. ich wollte nur andere davor warnen. es gab ja in diesen casino noch mehr probleme. ich habe bereits 6x mein konto verifiziert. 3x direkt auf der seite und 3x über e-mail. jedesmal stand am ende aller eingereichten dokumente direkt auf der casino-seite: "ihr konto ist jetzt verifiziert,sie erhalten zur bestätigung eine e-mail".diese e-mail ist selbst nach der 6. verifizierung nicht gekommen. jedes mal wenn ich eine auszahlung machen wollte,stand dort: ihr konto ist nicht verifiziert! jedesmal verifizierte ich erneut und erhielt am ende diese info: ihr konto ist verifiziert. dadurch kamen die 6x zusammen. im livechat kam nur jedesmal die gleiche dumme ausrede: es ist möglich,dass die abteilung zur zeit überlastet ist und ich warten müsste. das ist jetzt 1/2 jahr her. und wie gesagt,bis heute keine e-mail. vor allen darum ist dieses casino für mich reiner betrug und ich kann nur jeden warnen,dort einzuzahlen.

Ich sage es nochmal,ich habe insgesamt 6x alle geforderten Unterlagen komplett gesendet. 3x per E-Mail und 3x direkt auf der Casino-Seite. Auf der Casino-Seite stand jedesmal nach Einreichen der Dokumente: Ihr Konto ist jetzt verifiziert! Und selbst wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung gewesen wäre mit den Dokumenten,wäre es mir per E-Mail mitgeteilt worden. Aber ich habe von diesen Casino nie eine E-Mail bezüglich der Verifzierung erhalten. Diese Verifizierungen sind 1/2 Jahr her.Und schon allein diese Tatsache ist völlig unseriös.

Ja ich habe ein sehr seriöses Casino gefunden,in den alle Auszahlungen reibungslos und sofort bearbeitet werden und ich meine Gewinne innerhalb von 3-4 Stunden auf meinen Konto habe. Das nenne ich seriös und keinesfalls ein Betrugscasino,so wie dieses Snatch-casino und dessen Geschwister-casinos.

I have a update! I received all my money within 2 weeks after i opened the complaint on askgamblers. So case solved. Its really not the right way of treating people tho. We lose allot as gamblers in the long run, and the moment we then win, we have the rights to get paid as the terms say. This casino is offering good bonusses with limited payouts, and if they find anything you did wrong they will not pay! so make sure guys if you try this casino that you read all small letters. For me the case is resolved with a good ending. Luckely.

Das Snach Casino hat alle Ausgaben an das Casino übermittelt, da sie Probleme damit haben, zu wenige Informationen übermittelt zu haben. Habe die Karte genommen und sie auf meinem Konto, meiner Postleitzahl, meinem Reisepass und meiner Kreditkarte gezeigt. Identitätsnachweis auf allem.

I started withdrawing my winnings almost two weeks ago but so far they have only been willing to transfer €500 twice with great difficulty. I now have a balance of €6500 and I don't want it to wait months to pay me out the whole balance. Of course, my account is fully verified.

Why they doing this? How to accelerate the process? According to their terms and conditions they should proceed €1500/day. Thank you in advance.
