Ich war seit Oktober 2023 auf Vip Stufe 4, bis letzte Woche Freitag. Dann wurde ich auf Stufe 3 gesetzt und das obwohl ich 5 Tage zuvor 1400 Euro eingezahlt habe, leider ohne Erfolg. Das Cashback hätte dann eigentlich am darauffolgenden Montag 140 Euro bedeutet. Bekommen habe ich 9,44 . Auf Anfrage beim Live Support, warum so wenig Cashback und warum die Herabstufen auf Stufe 3 , kamm als Antwort, viel Spaß mit ihrem Guthaben. So wird mit guten Kunden umgegangen.

Guten Tag. Ich denke ich werde mir ein neues Casino suchen. Ich Trauere heute noch Bethard, Frank Fred und Interwetten Casino nach. Dank der Bevormundung durch unsere Regierung. Weil so wie es bei Deutschen Casinos läuft ist der Reiz nicht mehr gegeben. Wenn ich das ganze mal mit Lotto am Samstag vergleichen würde, ist es so als hätte man jahrelang System mit 10, 11 oder 12 zahlen pro Reihe gespielt und jetzt nur noch den langweiligen Standard 6 zahl en pro Reihe Schein.
