Aaaalte Falte...sowas für 1250 Dollars??? Was für eine Theater 🙈 ich weiß es nicht was soll ich dazu noch sagen, wahrscheinlich habe ich schon alles vorher geschrieben! Aber vielleicht noch eine eigene Erinnerung vor paar Jahren( musste ungefähr 7 sein) Damals hatte ich ein großes Glück und ich einen Jackpot geknackt habe 😊 fünfstellig😊 in einem OC die würde ich lieber nicht nennen! Was kam nachher wünsche ich keinem...ein ALPTRAUM ist noch schön zu sagen...ich glaube ein Monat lang täglich via Chat oder Emails kommuniziert, war ich kooperativ und alles was die zum Verifizierung verlangt habe ich nachgereicht! Aber für die hat es einfach nicht gereicht ( nicht mal offizielle staatliche Dokumente mit Datum und Stempel...ich war so genervt und so traurig dass ich auch meine Heiratsurkunde hochgeladen 🙈😂😂😂, werde ich niemals mehr machen!) Manchmal hatte ich mich gewünscht nicht solcher Summe zu gewinnen ☝️ zum Schluss war ich nicht mehr nett in Chat und habe ich mit Anwalt und mit offizielle Beschwerde an MGA bedroht! Nach paar Tagen war alles dann erledigt und das Geld auf dem Konto...

ABER was wollte ich damit sagen, einzige was petitgamer braucht ist Geduld und NIEMALS mit dem Gewinn angefangen zu spielen!!! Irgendwann ist es durch und ich drücke die Daumen 👍

I'd say it's quite a sad story but with a happy ending, which I'm definitely happy about. I also like to see when players help each other with their experience and I think that's a good order. You always have to be patient and especially don't play until things are sorted out. You said that very well. 

Anyway, you haven't played here since then ? 🙂

I have noticed that at askgamblers website mr.bet reply right away and the dispute its resolved in less than 48h.

Curaçao eGaming? how comes, i tho they had no authority over Mr.bet as they dont have any licence under Curaçao . but if that worked its great for you. lets see how my commmplaint goes. And about AskGamblers, i havea friend who used to have an account with them but he decided to close all business with them because based on his experience Askgamblers always put priority for casinos interest and not players.

Freue mich wenn beschwerden gelöst werden-aber man muss auch traurigerweise sagen-es ist ein massives Problem ,was die casinos hier heutzutage aufführen. Der Ablauf der verifizierung und dann eben die auszahlung ist ja sowieso komplett zum vergessen-man geht hier komplett den falschen weg. Du registrierst dich im casino und kannst im Prinzip schon einzahlen. Bevor überhaupt überprüft wird ob du überhaupt alt genug bist.

es gehört ganz klar eine regel hin-Registrieren Verifizieren-ist das casino einverstanden mit der verifizierung-dann kannst du einzahlen.Aber ab dem zeitpunkt,darf es zu keinen problemen kommen,wenn es um die Auszahlung geht.

Its abusive, there should be a law that protect players from that. Its beyond control.

I believe after this complaint no matter the result i will not play at this casino or whoever is associated to their business.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to address an issue I’m experiencing with Mr.Bet casino. Despite my ongoing dispute here on Casino.Guru, they have consistently delayed resolving my case, only offering vague updates about "processing." Meanwhile, I've observed that similar disputes on another platform, AskGamblers, are being resolved much faster.

This leads me to wonder:

Why is Mr.Bet handling cases differently on AskGamblers while delays persist here on Casino.Guru?

Is there a trust issue between Mr.Bet and Casino.Guru, or does Casino.Guru’s reputation not carry the same weight in their eyes?

Could there be something we, as the Casino.Guru community, are missing about the situation on AskGamblers?

This inconsistency is concerning. If Mr.Bet can resolve issues efficiently on one platform, I would expect the same level of service here. I’m curious to know if others have noticed similar differences or have thoughts on why this may be happening.

Hello, we will contact the casino just now, since your complaint has been transferred to Michal. We will see in what time interval they will respond. However, I would say that it may be dictated by how many complaints a platform has. I don't want to mislead, it just occurred to me, because I don't know how many complaints the other side is handling. I do know that for 20 or so resolvers we have, if we have more than 1000 complaints in a given month, that's quite a lot and it takes a bit of time to deal with each one in depth. Maybe that's why it takes a bit longer to contact the casino so we have something in hand to do it with. 

However, until the casino is contacted they usually don't reply to the thread. I'm not sure what other things might be behind this and what exactly is the process at Askgamblers and what all they need there. 

So that's my view.

To ensure that your account is actually closed, you should inform the provider that you are addicted to gambling. In such cases, they are legally required to close your account. Just for your information.

So that's good news I'd say. I see that the casino responded almost immediately after Michal contacted them, so I can see that they are trying to solve the difficulties, which is good I would say. 

But I understand that you've resorted to closing your account and if it's better for you then I hope you'll do well somewhere else. 

However, Michael has asked something else in the complaint, so it would be good to look at it and answer him so that he can close it, would that be possible please ?

I do not recommend the casino is a scam they did not pay me the amount of PLN 4,000 Verification takes weeks. They come up with millions of reasons just to not pay the honestly won money. I reported the matter to econsumer.gov We need to lock up all dishonest people

I'm not the first person to be cheated by a casino. There are thousands of people in Poland who have been defrauded by Mr.Bet
