I made a payment to Goldwin casino via skrill as I have many times before the payment was not loaded onto my account it has now been over 24 hours I have spoken directly to skrill and received a confirmation email that the money has been sent to that merchant but I keep getting the runaround from Goldwin saying they're waiting for a response from skrill and it's been escalated.. how long should this usually take to resolve?

Moin, habe seit dem 12.06.2024 eine auszahlung laufen leider bis heute keine rückmeldung bekommen laut chat maximal 5 Werktage, diese sind heute vorbei. Konto ist seit 13.06.2024 voll verifiziert.

Not sure about those outside of Australia, but the days of waiting on banks and companies to locate or verify payments went out the door years ago. Transfers and payments have been instant several years Payid(osko) should be mandatory everywhere. Instant transactions to phone, email or bank accounts, companies, and so on with instant invoices. No more excuses for long delays. Verifying a deposit should take less than a min. Not sure if it's only used over here. Withdrawls now days should also be instant.

Ja meine Auszahlung wurde heute abgebrochen mit der Aussage das ich nicht auf meine Crypto Wallet auszahlen kann. Nun musste ich die Bankdaten wiederum zur Verifikation freigeben und jetzt soll es wieder bis zu 5 Tage dauern.

I think the delay usually comes because casinos do not handle transactions on their own, but forward the requests to their payment providers. Such companies provide services for many other casinos and may have their own delays. Another thing that can step into this smooth process are additional checks that players may not be even aware of. It's easier to say, "Just wait for it, please." rather than explain that the transfer is waiting due to a gaming history check, if you catch my meaning.
On the other hand, yes, once all has been approved and the initial payout transfer is initiated by the payment provider, it should be instant. It's just that withdrawal is not only the transfer is, it's more of a process.

That's negatively interesting, I must say. As far as I can tell, the course is normally quite in the opposite direction. So it's quite surpring the crypto is not an option, but banking transfer is ok.
I bet no concrete reason has been given to you, has it? Well, at least there is another way, and I hope the casino will stand up to its word.
