May I suggest switching the language, perhaps? It may be worth trying to write in your original or mother language instead, to avoid another misunderstanding. This whole debate is pointless and has nothing to do with gambling, it became a personal topic, which I'm not interested in.

Ich hatte das Glück bis jetzt 2 mal größere Gewinne zu haben 1800-2k.erste Auszahlung nach 5 Werktagen.Dieses mal komische ich mir verar..t vor. Am26.3 beantragt und es tut sich einfach mal gar nichts. Support keine Hilfe nur Standardantwort. Ich werde auch nicht mehr Lager warten wie montag Abend dann Beschwerde

Hi, did the casino say any specific reason why you don't have your money yet ? I assume you already had a verified account here when you withdrew in the past. What seems to be the problem ? 

We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if they don't, you can file a complaint with us and we'll see what we can do. 

If by any chance something changes, let us know.

Ja bin komplett verifiziert. Grund bekomme ich keinen genannt. Es wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Morgen sind es 14 Tage. Man erwartet weiterhin das ich Geduld habe. Aber ich schätze das ist ob ich Auszahlung abbrechen und noch spiele. Was ich gewiss nicht tun werde

This guy who runs it is not legit and a scammer. File a complaint with Curaçao Gaming Authority and they will hopefully make him pay up, it might take some time though. Bother him with it, get personal and let him know whats up. We cant let bugs like this little theif steal our money.

Anyway, I've won $50000 plus, at $2000 week max withdraw will take 8 months to receive. Casino guru review page says $5000pw or 20000 month. That's wrong it seems.


How long I too long? Ooopps, now I'm up to $76000, that's 9 Months.

Yea, after what could have been a difficult verification process we now wait for a withdrawl to process. Bet they are waiting for me to pump it all back in. Still, the $2000 a week limit is a bit of a joke.

Nope, as expected. After verification was done, I had two withdrawl options, crypto or bank depisit. I chose crypto. Week later it was rejected claiming technical issue. No warning, no explanation.Then told to use bank withdrawl option. Told I had been placed at end of cue because I'd canceled previous withdrawl. Yea, that's right, they stuff it up, then penalise me for resubmitting withdrawl. Did the withdrawl to bank thing, then I was asked to provide bank statements.

I refused, stating that I had provided more than sufficient documentation, and by providing them bank details would give casino the ability to access my bank saving considering all the verification documents I'd already provided. Put simply, it's a security risk.

Either way, they are stalling, making excuses and demanding information they are not entitled. I deposited with cashtocode , so why do they demand banking details. Deposits made with wallets, under their terms withdrawls should go into a wallet Or into the method used for depositing.


Look, I had a feeling this casino was a risk when I joined. And sure, I could just provide the bank details. But I won't be doing that.


What is my recourse? Watch this space. I've been down this track with couple casinos. They all eventually pay should their card processors stop clearing or accepting deposits or fund transfers. . Regulators now accept and act on disputes. Wasn't long ago they did stuff all. Its just a pain in the ass. And a time waster. But that's what they rely on. They rely on players giving up.

Hi, in this whole situation of yours, I thought I would advise you to file a complaint with us if you have a problem like this. 

However, you will probably need to work with the casino to verify the additional document if you can only withdraw by bank transfer. The alternative is probably to wait until the technical problems with the crypto are resolved and try to withdraw using it again. 

It's strange if you had to wait quite a long time to authenticate and now you're having trouble again. 

So what are your next steps ?

Hmm, that's why I mentioned the complaint in my previous reply. We give casinos 14 days to sort out anything necessary, whether around withdrawal or KYC, and send the player the money. Since this has not happened in your case, I would not wait any longer and our team will try to help you if you are interested.
