I wouldn't say that we recommend casinos, but we try to inform players about them so that they can decide whether to play at a given casino. From what I have seen, the casino was marked as fresh a week ago and therefore, we don't have that much experience even from players that we could take advantage of. That's why I always suggest to find as much as possible to convince you if you want to deposit there. Fresh casinos I would say are always a risk at the beginning until they are proven.
I also saw that you have a complaint and we are trying to help so I wonder if the casino will respond.

Mir hat es diese Irina auch gesagt, ich hab 55 euro eingezahlt, natürlich habe ich diese schon mehr als 3 mal umgesetzt. So eine unfreundliche und freche Person, die wohl alleine in diesem casino arbeitet, hab ich in noch keinem casino erlebt. Meinte nur meine auszahlung wird sowieso storniert und damit ist es erledigt. Ist diese Person überhaupt echt????

I would also be looking if the casino is part of a group that can have a good safety index and be a solid choice for players. There is a lot to be aware of but if a casino is brand new with no license or one that is not considered reliable it would raise a red flag for me.

I am sorry that it is the way it is. When a casino doesn't communicate or give out information like this, it's the worst. Especially when all of a sudden what you don't mention about deposit wagering was found. I'd probably be losing hope, even though I'm not used to being skeptical.

I’ve played in an other casino with a Costa Rican license… My account was verified within 5 minutes and the payouts were processed immediately… So not al the casino’s with that license are bad.

Regretfully, it appears that the money is lost in your situation. How long has it been? More than a month, I would guess.
Not much to hope for, so it is best to let it go. It's cruel that they chose not to respond to your complaint.

da kommen nur standart sätze. Seit Monaten.
Ich spiele seit mehr als 6 Jahre intensiv Online Casinos, sogar mit einer extra angefertigten Email)ca. 50 Angebote pro Tag bekomme ich!) .
Und Ob Costa Rica , Curacao oder Malta oder sonst wer , keiner hat solche Probleme gemacht! Das ist das erste mal das mein Geld NICHT kommt.
Natürlich haben Costa Rica oder Curacao Lizenzen mir hin und wieder Probleme wegen Wager gemacht und Bonusbedingungen , aber Auszahlungsprobleme habe ich zum ersten mal.
Abhaken , weiter machen. Jedoch mit mehr Vorsicht. Ich hatte vor Tumblewins gewarnt , die Lizenz ist irrelevant , es sieht Betsolino zum verwechseln änlich! Sowas ist mir NUR vorgekommen bei "Partnercasinos".
Auch wenn Tumblewins eine anderen Besitzer angibt , bin ich mir sehr sicher das Betsolino dazu gehört!
Snatchcasino hatte ich eine Auszahlung letztes jahr - ohne Probleme.
