Yeah I get that, but since I haven’t received the cashout in the timeframe stated in T&C, I feel like this should go both ways and it’d be a fair compensation to waive this rule only for the duration of this one bonus. It’s fine though

Got an email from 50crowns a couple hours ago that my cashout was successful and it also got changed in my casino profile from pending to successful… Not sure what this means now 😀

Hallo, ich habe via mifinity eingezahlt. Nun habe ich gewonnen habe alles hochgeladen zur Verifizierung und auch eine Mail erhalten das ich verifiziert bin. Als ich dann auszahlen wollte stand kein mifinity zur Verfügung. Daraufhin wurde mir vom Chat mitgeteilt das mifinity keine Auszahlungen zulassen würde. Ok... Und wie bekomme ich jetzt mein Geld? Ich soll via Bank transfer auszahlen. Ok... Ich habe alle Daten eingegeben und wollte dann auszahlen. Ca. Eine halbe Stunde später wurde meine Auszahlung abgelehnt mit der Begründung das ich mein Bankkonto verifizieren muss. Daraufhin habe ich einen Kontoauszug hochgeladen.. Nochmal eine Auszahlung beantragt.. Und ja seitdem passiert nichts mehr. Das ganze ist jetzt 2 Tage her. Die Verifizierung hat eine halbe Stunde ca. Gedauert. Die erste Auszahlung die abgelehnt wurde auch ca. Ne halbe Stunde. Jetzt wo alles da ist... Passiert nichts mehr. Und wenn ich lese was andere vor mir erlebt haben... Bin ich echt enttäuscht
