I have had one bank also try and say that I am raising to many disputes etc but I’ve raised a complaint. It’s ridiculous the lengths the go to.

i am not getting anywhere with the merchants. Emailing everyday but nothing

Albedo replied saying don’t worry it will show as a voucher

I complained to quick bits internal team and they said ask the bank to recall it but they might refuse, it you have been scammed call the police… etc

I researched Cloud Smart hosty and the address the claim to be, the company said they had a mailing address in February for 1 month and disappeared, not paid invoices etc

these scammers will try and do everything possible not to help and the banks I don’t even know what to say.

these merchants should all be blocked

the stress that it causes is awful. I won’t give up though

They are trying to do that with me complaint has been over two weeks now not even looked at yet ! chased today saying im stressed out my box no reply yet so im sitting worrying all weekend again terrible just give me an answer

Yes all the banks should already block all these merchants and Visa/mastercard should shut them down instant. (and also make them pay a fee for every illegal transaction) and until that is done they have to let people chargeback all these transactions.


But nothing really happens they keep on laundry money day in and day out with 0 consequences, something is very wrong here.

It’s horrible isn’t it. They take so long to pick up the complaint and you are just left wondering. Ive never dealt with anything like this. Don’t ever want to again

Yes the banks should have blocked them so long ago. The fact this has been going on just on this forum for a year and these merchants have not been blocked. It’s a shambles.

Yeah a fee and of course I agree

the whole banking system is very wrong.

Yes its as if they are blanking you 1st time I did it the complaint was dealt with quickly I got told to raise them quickly as the criminals will move the money fast and close the accounts down but this is a joke all the carry on is just giving them an advantage ! the original chargeback team were no help at all terrible hardly listening to my point hence the complaint

Yes I agree, but it’s all the time and effort that you go to also. Gaining all the information, contacting all merchants and so on and still they just leave you hanging. The banks should be on it straight away, but it’s like it’s too much for them. And the complaint again takes so much time

Found more emails from quickbit, and they stated I confirmed my transactions with onfido.. I don't even know what that is. I've looked into it there's a lot of controversy around it. So need to contact the bank Monday and let them know about it. That's technically identity theft from what I've been reading!

Yes that is it all they need to do is raise a few chargebacks that no one usually replies back to there is no need for them to check the risk or cost to them as it will be zero but they leave worried stressed people hanging on for weeks and the hassle just to get them raised is shocking Virgin credit card raised one for me same site very quickly with no questions asked so it must be easy to do !

Really wow, this is the issue who are these company’s and how they have your details or authority that’s for sure identify fraud. Email these people operator@intergiro.intercom-mail.eu if you haven’t already. It’s there supposed complaints team but it’s just gives you more to go on. They will say go to bank and ask to recall and police etc. but maybe something for the bank

For sure they could but it’s for some reason to much for them and to complex I don’t get it but why the banks don’t see what is going on and report to Mastercard and visa to black list them/block them. The stress and the worry should not be this bad. Charge back and do the investigation after it’s that simple but also for them to contest it’s bizarre

Thank you very much for that! I'm going to get more ammunition this weekend and contact my complaints handler regarding it all. IF I lose this case to quickbit/goriwire/fomiline I'm going to ask my bank to give me back the money on their own terms anyway.
