Review:
I am writing this to warn all players, especially those in Austria. Bet-match.io is operating illegally in Austria without a valid national license, violating the Austrian Gaming Act (GSpG). According to Austrian Supreme Court (OGH) rulings, their contracts are null and void, and I am demanding a full refund of all my deposits.
The operator is engaging in financial fraud (Transaction Laundering). My bank statements prove that they process deposits through shell companies (e.g., 'Zenski', 'Skinvault') using incorrect Merchant Category Codes (MCC). This is a deliberate attempt to deceive banks and bypass financial regulations (Merchant Misclassification).
As a VIP player, I have been met with nothing but stalling tactics, lies, and contradictory statements for the past two weeks. They are happy to take your money illegally, but they use every trick in the book to avoid returning it. I have already filed a formal complaint with Casino Guru and initiated a chargeback process with my bank's fraud department.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGAL AND DECEPTIVE OPERATOR!
- Illegal operation: Operating in Austria without a valid national license (GSpG violation). Transaction Laundering: Using shell companies ('Zenski', 'Skinvault') and incorrect MCC codes to process deposits
- Stalling tactics: Using the "Apostille Trap" and contradictory statements to delay the refund for over 2 weeks
- Breach of VIP terms: Failure to provide the promised priority service and communication to a VIP status player
