The casino refused a withdrawal request (just $110) without giving me any reasons (although withdrawals had already been validated in the past). I contacted support, who gave me no information. I was then told the next day that I could make a withdrawal again, and of course I was told this after I had played again and lost my withdrawal!
What more can I say, it's a real shame.

Very bad experience. I wanted to play with them because they offer a good game, and they offer a welcome bonus. When I deposited, I saw that no bonus was available. I contacted the livechat to inform them of the problem and was told that the problem had been solved and that the bonuses would be visible soon. I waited before depositing and a few hours later, still nothing, no bonus. I contacted customer service again, who told me they'd pass on the information, that there was nothing else they could do. I waited several more hours and finally, having run out of patience, I deposited without a bonus.
After having played my two deposits, I contacted customer service, saying that I had waited all day without any response and that I therefore had to deposit without a bonus, asking them to make a gesture by crediting me the bonuses manually, given that the problem was not on my side, and that I had tried to solve the problem even before depositing.
I was told that this was not possible, but that the problem had suddenly been solved and that I was eligible for bonuses from now on. What a shame! Too bad, because the site itself is very well done. I asked for my account to be closed.

This site is a disgrace. I first bought a paysafecard to deposit, as it says they accept this method of payment. But when the time came to deposit, it was impossible! Paysafecard of 50 euros for nothing.
I then deposited by credit card. When I wanted to make a withdrawal, they told me that only cryptocurrency withdrawals were available! Nonsense, they accept my card deposits but refuse to pay me? I don't use cryptocurrency, so I played my balance and left their site. A shame, don't go there.
