At first I thought this casino was good. The problems started with the second withdrawal and it seems to be impossible. I made a withdrawal that was rejected more than 7 times. Every time I asked in the chat and they always lied. First, the reason is in the bank's system, the withdrawal had to be made with a bank transfer, visa withdrawal is not possible. They rejected it many times. Then again they asked for new documents, even though my account is verified. I sent the requested document, but it is not enough. Withdrawal still rejected.
All documents have already been sent and there is nothing more to give. Now they don't even have a reason anymore when I asked about the chat. There is no way they want to pay so definitely avoid this place. I will make a separate complaint about this casino. Very disrespectful to the players. If that money is paid into my account soon, I might exchange feedback.
