Per there promotion they should add there losing bonus for a week on next monday, which wasnt delivered for months on months and when we reach out to them they will ask us to wait till end of Wednesday and on wednesday if it is not added they will ask us to wait till sunday that is the time for next week losing bonus and they will close the issue stating we are not eligible.
