Hi, I haven't received any update yet but as soon as I do I'll let you know what I find out. 

However, if you still have money there, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you with your situation. I think that might be reasonable, since we don't know what's going on with the casino yet.

Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet

i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.

anyways I hope this helps.

Hallo. Ich denke das ich meine angeforderte Auszahlung von €100 bekommen habe. Ich hatte überraschend

100€ auf meinem Konto und das Geld kann nur von Superb kommen hatte keine andere Auszahlung von irgendeinem anderen Casino angefordert. Anhand der Bankdaten kann ich nicht 100 % sagen das das Geld von Superb stammt aber von wem sonst. Habe mich auch soeben auf superb1.bet eingeloggt bin auch auf meinem Konto gelandet und mein Auszahlungsantrag ist auf null. Also die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt und ich hoffe das Ihr alle die eine Beschwerde bei Casino Guru eingereicht haben alle ihr Geld bekommen.

Ich denke ohne den Druck von Casino Guru hätte ich nie meine Auszahlung bekommen.

Pleased to know that you received your funds, can you tell us please how long it took you to get the money withdrawn from superb , also if there is no issue in sharing a screen shot or something of receiving the funds from superb , just for little peace of mind and hope. thanks

Hallo. Der ganze Transfer hat vom 12.11.2023 - 26.12.2023 gedauert. war völlig überrascht das auf einmal €100 auf dem Konto waren, Nochmals gesagt ,ohne die Beschwerde und großartige die Hilfe von Casino GURU denke ich hätte ich das Geld nie bekommen.

There is hope then! I have £600 pending since the 9th of November. I don’t know wether to risk making a complaint and it potentially have a negative effect or just wait it out. The support have actually been quite apologetic to me the last few times I spoke on live chat. I’d like to know if there was any more success stories with this casino after lodging a complaint here?

Ich denke , Das ich ohne die Beschwerde das Geld niemals bekommen hätte.

Ohne Druck geht bei diesem Casino vermutlich gar nichts.

As for your withdrawal, we give the casinos 14 days to process it. Did the casino tell you the reason why it's been over a week? Of course, if nothing moves, you can file a complaint.

Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.

Hmm, 7 weeks check withdrawal seems a bit long to me. The casino didn't give any other reason than this yes ?

However, I firmly believe that this problem will be solved as well. So far some players have contacted us as you had a chance to see that they got their money, so I hope that will be the case in your situation as well.

Does anyone has any idea about whats happening with superb casino , as i just try to login to superb and they taking me to another website with the name bountyreels.com, does that means they open a new shop for robbing people and making them fool.. How to login to the accounts people have is superb..
