I understand, and if you have any further problems, you can contact us and we'll see if we can help you.

Regarding this case, do you have anything new ? I saw that you haven't filed a complaint yet, so that's why I'm asking.

Also, it's definitely good to share your experience because players can read it. If you lodge a complaint and the casino doesn't try to resolve it, it will have an impact on its safety index, which is at least some satisfaction as well.

However, I don't want to be skeptical right away and I would prefer the situation to be resolved.

fyi. had a $2,500 bitcoin withdrawal approved at sunrise 🌅 casino. they say it takes 7-10 business days from this point. will keep updating.

very happy tho. there was a few bumps in the road. cash out was 5/9/24. deposited $30 and used their awesome coupon 350% 20x wager. no max cash out. saw someone mention something bout "coin draw" recently good things about withdrawals. looked it up and it’s t for deposits too i think. . . finally saw it as an option on sunrise slots withdrawal menu. i wonder if that 7-10 business days would have been less with coin draw. i’ll ask their customer service at some point.

I already congratulated you in another thread if I remember correctly. I will definitely wait for the casino to meet the timeframe and the if money will come to you within 10 days.

As for the bonus, I would say it looks pretty good and not many bonuses nowadays have a no max cashout and 20x wagering

So, I'll wait impatiently with you. 😀

I won on Sunrise casino $500, and I've done everything they ask of me as in their rules for withdrawal process. so here I'm at with it.

this started on May 1 then i got told 7-10 business days then i got told another 7-10 business days. now I'm being i can't get paid cause of a hold due to a third-party vendor, so it's been numerous run around telling me I've been approved and i should receive my payout .. i have all my proof starting from may 1, 2024

Hi, it's a shame you've got yourself into this situation and it's been quite a long time seeing as it's been a month. Surely it shouldn't take this long for the casino and I think they should have everything about the withdrawal sorted out by now. I have one question, do you already have a verified account with the casino or was that not necessary ?

Therefore, I would recommend you to open a complaint and our team would try to help you. I guess it would not be enough for me to just be patient and wait.

So, you gonna go for it?

If yes, just click here ⬅️

Fingers crossed 🤞

Hi Sweet Flower,

Sunrise Slot is a legit casino but at the same time all RTG casino takesa tremedous time to process the withdraw. But the bright side is that they will process it and you will eventually get it. The longest I had to wait was 2 1/2 month. The shortest is 3 1/2 weeks. Dont buy them too much or you'll be waiting longer I notice by example. Once a week you can ask and that'll be ok. Like I said, I withdrew quite a bit from them but just know it'll take a while to get paid. Just dont reverse and lose it back.

once a week lol. that’s not abnormal.

of course this time frames is post one time verification from the 2nd withdrawal foward.

Slotastic - 3 days

Ozwin - (the most smoothest process i’ve seen yet) takes 4 days - not business days, just 4 days without ever contacting you or you contacting them

Uptown Aces- exact same as Ozwin

Everygame - 5 days max

Brango - They claim 15 minutes but it’s actually an impressive 45 minutes

Rich Palms - 9 long days

Diamond Reels - 2 full weeks

island reels- 3 full weeks

Sunrise Slots - in my experience will throw the kitchen sink at you for several weeks

notice it took me a few words to explain the length and withdrawal process for the others. Sunrise slots would take me several hundred words to explain what to expect. i’m waiting on my complaint to be handled by guru thank god. 2,500. May 9th

Oh thats right there are a couple of RTGs that have instant withdraws Brango Extreme, limitless, noblitz, pacific and one more but I cant think of it. The other casinos that you mentioned Ive played at but never withdrew. So I stand corrected. Sunrise, planet7, slotsgarden and a couple of others are in a group or something like that because Ill be on live chat with a support and on another casino live chat and Im chatting with the same support. lol Anyhow, I do notice that the casinos that takes a long time to pay, the slots I notice are a little looser than the instant. My opinion of course. Doesnt matter because I stopped playing at RTG because they put me in a level where I couldnt redeem any more coupon codes and it was because I was winning and withdrawing a lot more. So I said bye and never played there again. lol

sunrise. they don’t accept most banks. only the big 3. even if you choose "check" they ask what bank do u use that your gonna deposit the check with and then most likely say they don’t accept that bank. you would think it shouldn’t matter where you cash the check but it does to them. but most likely your not getting a check anyway. they will push you into wire transfer. cause if you have a bank they accept to request a check then that bank accepts international wire transfers (hopefully). they want the banking info too. anyone that wants a bitcoin withdrawal to deposit with bitcoin. i think it’s smart to play with sunrise if you have the bitcoin. in fact if i get bitcoin i don’t use it up on casinos that let you withdraw easier , i know i’m taking some to sunrise so if you win on a free chip then most likely wire transfer is only way to get it at sunrise

i haven’t played chicken with them yet on the check thing but i’m confident to say they don’t send checks anymore. one lady told me that as well. i have a payout pending on a free chip

im gonna update this last pass down on the casinos it applies to but a casino that lets you withdraw bitcoin off a debit card deposit is ultra awesome.

uptown aces and ozwin do.

ones that don’t that i know is not only sunrise but Diamond Reels , and Island Reels. but where they stand apart is diamond & island don’t care what bank you use and they will overnight your check once they do send it. diamond reels is my favorite in this category. cause their bank that their checks are drawn from is BANK OF MONTREAL Canada. But that bank are in the states too. they are merged with other banks and in america is called BMO. I opened a bmo account locally at a branch and deposited 2 checks from diamond and island they was only a 9 day hold on them. and will be less the next time. so how cool is that? to be able to have an account with the international banks they are using combined with them having decent bonus program and not too high of deposit minimums that also has easy verification

sunrise won’t even send a check unless you have a big 3 bank. and even the. they won’t send it. they will push you into wire transfer. wells, b of a and i’m not sure what the 3rd is. lol

You should try using bitcoin and if you want instant payouts go to Brango, casino extreme, pacific spins, bonus blitz, yabby or limitless but fr fr using bitcoin is really really simple and it’s fast

The only place with the sunrise I play at is sunrise and occasionally lucky legends and posh . I only like posh bc they have r huge no wagering bonuses but they take forever to pay. SUNRISE IS great bc they have a vip cash back weekly and it has no max cash out plus I have coindraw which takes literally a fees days to receive money. But if I want paid thst day the casinos I listed above are great

.  i requested a check of my winnings off a free chip offered after a deposit >> payout.  also would be willing to take bitcoin, or bank wire.  for my check request they asked me what my bank is , the one illl be depositing at.  i told them BMO.  my response from sunrise slots about sending me a check was "we don’t accept your bank" as if it matters to them where i deposit  the check to the point of them refusing to send it. and the same response for wire transfer.  "our payment service provider doesn’t accept your bank "  (My bank?  you mean the #1 biggest bank in Canada for over a decade, and the USA’s 14th largest bank out of 4,700).  but even if it truly did matter to sunrise  on any level where i’m  depositing the check or no matter how crappy their service provider may be, i can’t deposit my check there?  or you can’t   give it to me cause it’s not a big enough bank?  BMO accepts international wire transfers too and is an international bank. They are more than huge.  online casinos uses BMO as their primary bank institution.  that’s why i got a BMO account.  it wouldn’t surprise me if Sunrise Slots uses this bank.

my response is

There is no such thing as "we don’t accept that bank" when we’re talking about sending a check or doing a wire transfer to a major international bank such as BMO.  i only know of (wait for it)

SEVEN  ! online casinos that uses BMO as their actual banking institution. when they send you a check of your winnings the check comes from   BMO   .  Can you imagine any one of those casino employees from Diamond Reels, SlotsWin, Island Reels, SLOTO STARS, Lion Slots, Spinoverse, or Platinum Reels, hearing this story that Sunrise "doesn’t accept" their bank???  they would say "wait What?"   🤔. just read  a World Finance Magazine. see who’s at the top for 14 consecutive years.

anyways   it’s only 200 bucks.  i’d rather get paid, almost willing to let this go, but to keep everyone honest.

any company and EVERY company and every payment service provider , and every individual in the universe,  can send a check,  to whoever they want.  no matter where the other party banks.  any company can send a check if they please.  if i was an employee of sunrise slots and my banking institution is BMO, you still wouldn’t pay me for my 40 hour work week?  cmon.  and probably the same for wire transfer.  if the bank accepts international wire transfers , then any casino on the planet can wire money to it if it pleases them.

i know it’s got nothing to do with my bank.  cause if it did they would’ve sent the check already.  "but we don’t send checks anymore" i was once told,  you are a casino in this universe, so that’s impossible.   most casinos pay they’re payouts without ever having to talk to the player before hand.  such as this case. i’m verified. i met the play thru. didn’t break any rules.  i shouldn’t be hearing from them

and yet we’re going on a SIXTH email chain just to receive a single payout. i’m depositing every day with casinos that have bonuses that don’t hold a candle to theirs ,  but they pay when i withdraw.

why would you guys pay someone else to pay players?   is your entire finance department benched for this task.  i wonder is it normal, do companies pay someone to pay someone.   i mean my job uses ADT to pay our pay checks, but is ADT really paying us?   no way.   .  it’s just their software that’s being used, and adt doesn’t take the payroll money 1st.  so there is no 3rd party vendor that is their sole business of getting paid to pay and not accept most banks, and not have all these delays upsetting their clients.

so sunrise is refusing to pay based on my bank. there’s no delay in payment cause no payment is being made

Good point. I have a few thoughts about it, though, and I would surely be interested in your opinion.

I would say that particularly large, well-known banks might not be willing to support such transactions, given the fact that many casinos do not accept multiple debit/credit cards. I see the tendency to root out gambling by closing payment channels (at least this is how it looks to me; of course, I could be wrong). Occasionally, in Europe, casinos attempt to circumvent that by sending and receiving casino-related transactions through shell companies. To be honest, I have no idea if this is a standard procedure in your country as well.

Not only that, but the legal wage is not the same as what you get when you withdraw money from a casino, in my opinion. Casino workers might also receive wages from another company.

What casino employees have to say about this would be fascinating to hear. Please make sure to let me know if you discover anything new.

This is the deal if they get a charge back from the bank in question they don’t deal with that bank anymore this is how it was explained to me
