Don't play at Sunrise Slots. They won't pay out anything under any circumstances I have encountered after 2 years and $60,000 in clean wins. Documented on video and pics, unencumbered by bonus, ... clean. NO PAYOUT. I finally called it quits , too late, yes, but THEY ARE A SCAM.!!

Thank you but I received all my payments now. I realize it just takes a while to be paid, but they do pay. Only thing that bugs me and made me decide not to play on any RTG sites now is that put me in a class where I'm not allowed to use coupon bonuses on any RTG site. They said I wasn't depositing enough to be allowed deposit bonuses which was so untrue. I deposited hundreds but once I started to withdraw was when they put me in that class. lol Wowww.. I didnt even win that much compared to how much I've lost to them. I played by the rules and still I put in a class where I cant get deposit bonuses. Not free no deposit bonus but deposit bonuses. Basically I started winning on their no rules deposit bonuses. lol Like I said, I withdrew less than what I lost to them. oh wells. These are the sites that put me in that class. Sunrise slot, planet7, raging bull, slots garden, Posh-casino and dreams casino. My player ID at all those sites is johnphuu@yahoo.com. lf they allow me to use deposit bonuses Ill come back but until then. I stay away.

Hi, did the casino give you any reason why you are waiting so long for your withdrawal ? I think it's not the least since we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal process. 

Unfortunately, this casino is known for quite long withdrawals, have you seen that too ? Have you had your casino account verified yet ?

Hey there I didn't know how else to contact you except through this post. I saw you were having issues with Lucky Owl Casino which seemed very similar to mine in regards to withdrawing and being told technical errors. My complaint was unresolved since they didn't respond but it seems you had some luck in getting paid before. Do you have any suggestions for me? I have multiple screenshots too including their system error when I go to withdraw. I have made a withdrawal 1 time but I have been trying since February 23rd. Now I can't even get any live chat help.

Won $100.00 on 3/23/24 and started a BTC withdrawal. My withdrawal was approved on 4/2/24, and I've reached out to customer service who have been unhelpful. I got the generic, "we've expedited your withdrawal, ease allow us more time", but still no $. Now they're ignoring me in the live chat. Earlier they put me 36th in the queue,and now, with no queue, they simply don't log on and speak to me. Absolute scam site.filefile

Hello, I know that this casino used to take quite a long time to cash out a player and I see that this is also your case and not much has changed. So your withdrawal was approved and how is it now ? Did the money leave the player's account or not ? Do you have a verified casino account ?

Yes, it does appear to be an ongoing issue. I was leary of playing there due to the comments I read, so I stuck with low deposits just in case. The original request for BTC withdrawal was made on March 23rd and was approved on April 2nd. I've still not recieved payment. After numerous interactions with live customer support, they've now started putting me at the end of an absurd queue of 35+ people, or simply not logging on to chat whatsoever. My account is verified. The money left my account on March 23rd when I made the initial request.

I can't imagine how this casino sorts the queue.

Sounds like quite the same delays as I remember from last year. Well, I also recall the casino pays eventually.

Yet it takes a hell amount of time to get through, just browse the older posts in this thread 🙁.

It pains me to see the history is repeting itself again.

Everyone I know that plays there have HUGE problems getting payouts here, including myself currently. I made a cashout request on April 5th. It sat untouched until April 17 when they finally approved it. They say you must wait 7-10 business days for this and for that etc. I visit live chat and send email about every 2-3 days. They said the last day of the time frame to get my payment was day before yesterday but no payment still. So yesterday I went to chat and they said they escalated it for speedy payment (speedy??? lol) So today I get an email telling me there is no bitcoin available for payouts and that's why the delay?? WTH? They are telling members to request bank wire if they don't wanna wait longer but still to change the withdrawal you start the waiting process over again AND they are not waving the fee for that. I pay in LTC so why wasn't that an option? Because they are scammers. Oh and they conned me out of a verification deposit on top. They infuriate me!

Hi, according to what I've read you've been waiting for the money for quite a long time. I know that this casino is slow in paying out but to wait for a month is not right in my opinion and of course if the casino doesn't give you any reason. 

Therefore, I would recommend to file a complaint here on this link and hope that our team will be able to help you in your situation. 

That's probably the most sensible thing I can recommend right now.

Thank you for the reply. This is the first time I have voiced anything publicly about this sort but I am fed up. This is not the only site that has done this exact thing to me. I have a list. I will file my complaint tonight or tomorrow. I do not think anything will come of it but the more people that post their experiences, the better. I wished I had found this forum before I started using these sites. I am well experienced with the online casinos (10 years or so) so I know when I am being scammed.
