So it's perfect that you like the casino and that you have options that you don't have in most casinos. Have you managed to win and withdraw something there or not yet ? What do you like there besides these things ? 

If you are interested you can give the casino a user review and maybe you can help some other players who will decide if they want to play here.

Everyone I know that plays there have HUGE problems getting payouts here, including myself currently. I made a cashout request on April 5th. It sat untouched until April 17 when they finally approved it. They say you must wait 7-10 business days for this and for that etc. I visit live chat and send email about every 2-3 days. They said the last day of the time frame to get my payment was day before yesterday but no payment still. So yesterday I went to chat and they said they escalated it for speedy payment (speedy??? lol) So today I get an email telling me there is no bitcoin available for payouts and that's why the delay?? WTH? They are telling members to request bank wire if they don't wanna wait longer but still to change the withdrawal you start the waiting process over again AND they are not waving the fee for that. I pay in LTC so why wasn't that an option? Because they are scammers. Oh and they conned me out of a verification deposit on top. They infuriate me!

Hi, according to what I've read you've been waiting for the money for quite a long time. I know that this casino is slow in paying out but to wait for a month is not right in my opinion and of course if the casino doesn't give you any reason. 

Therefore, I would recommend to file a complaint here on this link and hope that our team will be able to help you in your situation. 

That's probably the most sensible thing I can recommend right now.

Thank you for the reply. This is the first time I have voiced anything publicly about this sort but I am fed up. This is not the only site that has done this exact thing to me. I have a list. I will file my complaint tonight or tomorrow. I do not think anything will come of it but the more people that post their experiences, the better. I wished I had found this forum before I started using these sites. I am well experienced with the online casinos (10 years or so) so I know when I am being scammed.

Regarding this case, do you have anything new ? I saw that you haven't filed a complaint yet, so that's why I'm asking. 

Also, it's definitely good to share your experience because players can read it. If you lodge a complaint and the casino doesn't try to resolve it, it will have an impact on its safety index, which is at least some satisfaction as well.

However, I don't want to be skeptical right away and I would prefer the situation to be resolved.
