If you did make a complaint let casino guru do what they're best at doing. I suggest you to stop contacting sunrise.

The passive regulator is as when the casino doesn't respond back to casino guru. I had that situation with another casino and I didn't get paid. Sunrise has been communicating. IMO, threats don't get you anywhere.

I don't think $22,000 is considered a extreme loss for a online casino. $22,000 is a large amount to us but is pennies to them. Remember they have players world wide. Stop thinking negative, Think positive! Stop contacting Sunrise and don't make threats, That probably puts you on the back burner. IMO the FBI really doesn't care about your casino loss. Sunrise I believe is not licensed and most importantly let Casino Guru do what they are best at! I hope everything works out for you.

Does anyone know all of Sunrises sister casino names.

I figured out 2 of them. Captain Jack and Lucky legends where I accidentally clicked on Inclave and it automatically registered me. Then I tried to get a bonus and these sites denied my bonus because of my player class. I was never a member of them. They have the same software as Sunrise. Captain Jack I was able to close my account but with Lucky legends they are ignoring me.

Also who and what is this Inclave. How do you get away from that?

As for lucky legends I was never remember with them So why am I being declined for coupons. It says the same thing player class has changed.sorry cannot redeem this coupon as it says on Sunrise.

You have them captain jacks is a joke to I’ve tried to send you my screenshots showing the same screens on slots on different days and times the odds if it was random number generator would be in the hundreds of thousands and I mean exactly the same screens on multiple occasions and some winning combinations where it shows 0 payout and it’s happening at lots of online casinos on slots and people are missing it but I showed my screenshots to Aussie gossip sunrise and they don’t even reply so when I send a screenshot it won’t download be it says to large of file even if I do just one i sent a bunch to Radka thru email but don’t know if she got them

I self excluded from them your on the same trail I was on it’s not going to get any better most of these casinos are all the same two or three people but they move from name to name to hide when they don’t do what they are supposed to so if you win big they won’t pay and they will just answer or reply to little issues a friend of mine had 16 at one time all the same just different names and he ran them himself with each one have 10 people or different names it was hysterical then he got greedy and started blowing the money and wouldn’t pay anybody
