@Spin samurai, I'm seeing a few reviews in regards to popups during game play, your first words are (sincerely apologize) If this was the case you would put a stop to it yeah?

Let's also talk about games that glitch every turn, nothing done bout those either. But I do sincerely apologize for being grumpy about being ripped off to a point

You can find the one and only representative's post here 👈, even though I imagine the likelihood of direct responses is pretty low.

It appears that you have communicated with the support as well, but you do not seem to be happy with the results. Is that so, please?

Im testign this Casino. so far i had found a huge bug related to the user management.

closing my account and creating a new one to see if the bug its solved. more info to come.

well at the end the error was oin my end after 24 hours we find the problem so the only solution was close the account and create a new one because the profile was impossible to update.

so that was the end of the adventure.

I was scared at once, so I'm glad to see the problem was resolved. I understand that encountering such a bug is not a pleasant surprise. At least it wasn't a global issue.
