Scammer avoid . After you win they will suspended your account and won't pay you anything

Hi, I am sorry you had such experience. I see, you already submitted the complaint which is waiting for review now, great! If you don't mind, we would be happy if you would also leave a review about the casino here. There you can also change the rating over time (decrease or increase the number of stars) if you are later convinced that the Casino ultimately deserves a better or worse reputation.

Hi there,

I went through your complaint briefly, and was quite shocked by this:

"No response to emails. I did contact them on twitter. Their answer was that slot game did have high volatility and me winning big on it did led me to winning even more on Live games. Their stated ,, We are whitelabel " and we won't pay you your winnings .."

I guess that there was a bug, am I right? Otherwise, such an explanation would be almost insane...

Yes they replied there was a bug. I don't believe there was or if it was I have only won half of the amount on that slot.

Reasons why I think they scam me is.

1.I have lost 10 000$ on same slot before I have won .

2. I was playing 100$ spins adequate to won amount in free spins I have won during the game . In Freespins i have caught a fish which was advertised on the main page of the slot.

3. This particular slot was still live and playable 6 days after my account was suspended

4. This particular slot is still available to play on Pokerstar

5. Half of the amount won on live roulette

6. They have always blocked my account on twitter when I was trying reach them and warned other players about they behaviour. They have never answered to my emails. (No official statement) .

I believe if I won 250 000$ official email explaining what exactly happened woud me a must.

I have to say that even other players (playing in different casinos though) experienced similar issues with bugs recently.

I just can't figure out which game providers were involved... 🤔

Anyway, I feel that it will be crucial to find out the game provider statement plus how this bug affected the rest of your winnings.

I do not dare to speculate further now, I wish you luck with this complaint and will keep an eye on it.

I do understand there coud it be a bug .

That should not affect the the player. If player loose the money on that slot i woud doubt casinos woud refund the players money.

It is ridiculous how they can take players money but when someone wins ( that's why they are playing) Casino says there was a bug and don't pay winnings.


Can't get my head around it

According to similar complaints I remember from the past, the most important part is that the game provider must check the session and CONFIRM there was actually a bug i the game.

Otherwise, the casino should pay out the winnings - if no other rules were breached...

Coud you try help me to find out where I can email to Pragmatic play about the slot if there was a bug. I have been at thei website but there is nothing about complaints

Hello,

I guess that you can try any contact available on their website. If you experienced a bug though, I'd say that the casino should investigate and contact the game provider in the first place. Did you inform the casino about the issue?

Casino did suspended my account with 250 000$. Never contacted me back no response to my email nothing. They Only responded on twitter saying there was a bug in the slot where I have won around 120 000$ rest of my winnings was from live tables like roulette .

Thei argument was I have won big. On slot with a bug because of that I was able to play another games like roulette with money which wasn't mine. So they suspended my account. That particular slot was playable another 5 days after they suspended my account.

That SLOT is on every casino using Pragmatic play. BIG BASS BONANZA.

It is casino based on SOLANA token so their wallet is on chain.

Their wallet did growth few days later of the roughly same amount I have won.


I have Email to Curacao gambling commission but never had a reply as well.

That is not how the casino should act, I'd say. It is a common rule that if the game is affected by the bug the moment the player wins, the casino should reach the game provider and confirm what happened.

To spare any player the same issue, the game should be blocked. Sadly, it's a common rule that a casino does not pay out winnings gained under such circumstances. So the argument that you won big does not make sense at all, but I feel there is more behind it.

May I know why you stop responding to the complaint?

Thank you think is exactly my point and it is really suspicious.


I haven't stop responding to complain but I have been away and couldn't reach my emails.

I did ask for the complain te be reopen .


Thank you for listening because I have been unable to find anyone for long time . I think my winnings are lost but at least some players see the complain and won't be playing with this casino

I understand now. Well, I think it's worth a closer look, we always want to be sure that casinos treat players the way they should be treated and complaints are simply the best tool. I'll try to keep an eye on the complaint's progress, but would be great if you could keep me updated here. Sometimes, I'm desperately busy. 😀

No problem thank you for listening to me. Was hard year when I couldn't get help anywhere. I did create new twitter they have blocked my twitter again. I do change my opinion they did stole my money.

If there is different player disputing on twitter they posting his transaction etc. When I get involved they do just shut as they scared all their little community will found out. Living rich lifestyle on stolen funds.

They have actually broke their terms and conditions as well.

It does say there if you account is suspended they will let you know by email. Why exactly etc..

They have never reply or did made official statement over the email. Just few messages on twitter and that's it. I did file official complaint with gambling licence commission .


When I did try put solcasino.io in search engine. It did come out as without licence

We are here to listen and help if needed, which gets me back to your complaint. I still think that you should try to reopen it to get a chance to find out what exactly happened.

As for the license, do not take search results as evidence - always check the casino's site instead and watch for the validator:

I did have requested but didn't have response for over week now.file

Unfortunately I did check wrong licence provider website . Not good as this one was really keen to get complaint right.


They are using antillephone. I have submitted already 2 complaints last year without response ad well.
