schau mal weiter oben. habe alle paralellen aufgelistet
auch das genehmigt wird, geld nicht kommt obwohl freigegeben und man warten muss bis man nächstes geld freigeben kann....
alleine wie es aufgelistet ist mit "genehmift, ausstehend..." alles kein zufall

deine parallelen kannst du bei jedem casino ziehen. Die sind absolut alles nur auf Geld aus und sind ganz sicher kein seröses Unternehmen. Kannst glücklich sein das überhaupt Geld fließt

I would like to see the prescreen of the whole email - exactly as I wrote before, so the sender, date, and other details are visible + the second version from the Scatterhall. Both screenshots showing all details in one place, so both can be easily compared. Honestly, it would only approve that the casino used the same series or payment provider - nothing more. I read your complaint be sure of that, if I'm not mistaken you wrote yourself you can't provide evidence showing you got confirmation from the Wild Pharao while dealing with the Scatterhall, right? So, what's the point? What else am I supposed to see in your complaint?
The transcript inserted in the forum post is not a piece of evidence - I can insert a falsely composed email myself. The same goes for the cropped printscreen, I can create one myself in the picture creator.
One partially cropped screenshot does not prove anything, in my books.
Though I admit there are amazing similarities between those two casinos. A few weeks ago, I asked our data team personally, to investigate those similarities. In the end, we were simply told by the casino representative there is no connection.
Nothing else I can do.
Every player with delayed payment or other issues is welcomed to submit a complaint.

Dann bitte alle ein negatives Ticket schreiben und eröffnen, sonst bringt das alles nichts und das Casino behält die Bewertung bei und das geht so weiter. Bisher habe ich das Geld immer erhalten. Mal schauen wie es mit der letzten Zahlung aussieht.

ich rede nicht von sachen von denen ich keine ahnung habe. Am anfang haben sie ja auch ausgezahlt aber dann haben sie von allen spielern ALLE zahlungen gestoppt.
schau dir das casino an und den beschwerden. irgendwann wurde einfach jede beschwerede ignoriert. es ist 1:1 das gleiche system!!!! und ich warne euch alle seit wochen davor!

Your complaint against Wild Pharao was ignored by the casino itself. It happens when you play in a casino with an already bad reputation. I'm sorry, we always advise players that the lower the reputation gets, the lower chance any complaint will be resolved. This is exactly the WP example.

Guckt euch mal die letzten Seiten der Diskussion bei "wildpharao" an!! Hätte ich das vorher gesehen, hätte ich womöglich länger überlegt überhaupt einzuzahlen 😅

da hat vorhin wer geschrieben, dass er angeblich herausgefunden hätte, dass scatter keine gültige lizenz hat. dachte du beziehst dich darauf 😅 aber kommentar ist wieder weg

Die Casinos schreiben gerade alle eine Mail das ihre Zahlungsmethoden einen Ausfall für ungefähr 30 Tage haben wtf ? Darunter auch Macropay und Sofort..... Vielleicht liegt es doch nicht an Scatterhall und Spinpirate

Several bigger casinos were recently facing issues with their payment providers. As a result, their threads slowly began to contain only delayed payment information. I recall somebody mentioning the same "excuse" the casino informed about a technical issue - sounds like reality to me now.
