WITHDRAWAL STILL PENDING FOR 48+ days


I Put in a withdrawal for 385k it’s been since June 13th.. support keep saying

"pending provider"

everyday I ask when is my withdraw going to complete ? They say no update on everytime I ask them. They also keep saying it’s pending provider review.. it’s been 48+ days since I put that withdrawal in. All my rollbit friends suggested that I message you guys here that you guys helped another player that was also waiting for their 600k.. I hope you guys can help me and hopefully rollbit pays me my 385k..


I play live casino baccarat I just don’t understand why does it take longer than 48 days for my withdrawal. I never had a issue before only this last withdraw they taking so long and no exact time frame of when my withdraw will complete. I’m starting to think the worst which is they won’t pay me? I checked the complaint submitted by Floodedap, and sadly it seems that we're still waiting for the casino to respond. 🙁 To be honest, this complaint is about to be closed as unresolved.

Feel free to submit your own complaint as well, let's hope that the casino is not in some trouble, because it now has a good reputation but it can change if they start to ignore players' complaints.

May I know whether your account has been fully verified yet?

In what status is your withdrawal now, please?

Feel free to submit a complaint here, but I think that it will take some time, so please be prepared for this.

My account has been confirmed. Casino only gives the same answer to wait for the update every day. The withdrawal is still pending and no one knows when it will be resolved. Please help me

You are also right this would most likely never happen in a brick-and-mortar casino, simply because the verification is made face-to-face directly in real-time. No need to delay yourself with bank statements, utility bills, and so on.

So i was a rollbit player, untill i got phished and my account password got changed, therefore the hacker changed the email to his, i recovered my sccount yhrough support, and then i guessed who hacked it as it had tips sent to that user when my account was hacked, i wrote then that to support and they disabled my sccount saying i need to send my id etc… last response from them i got was when i sent all of this info that they required from me saying "i will pass this to the higher department" since then no respond i wrote them many times tried thru rollbits support on their casino site and everytime i mention my email my chat gets closed.

the account has $ and huge bonuses on it.

what can i do?

I fear there is nothing you can do at the moment. You are responsible for your login and password safety, I'm afraid. Despite I would love to tell you what to do, only the casino can update you further.

May I know when exactly your account was hacked?

Was your account fully verified ever before? Because if not, I dare to say, the attacker possesses zero chance to withdraw from your account successfully.

My acc was fully verified, and the problem is that i got my account back, but rollbit decided to close it and doesnt reply at all.

I got it back through support email, proving my KYC (sending them full face selfie)

my latest information i got was "Sending this to higher departmant" dince then i was ignored on site chat closed by support etc.
