I was quite shocked the moment I realized your complaint has been closed as unresolved. 🙁
But to be fair, I checked some resolved complaints too, and players confirmed they get the winnings or money.:

Have already baned at least 10 members today, because of spamming this site - according to our data team, this UFABET is quite a shady site, not exactly the casino on the usual term - hence every link here on the forum = delete + ban.

I mean im patient..but why?Casino needs to be a place,where u can relax,and enjoy playing,feel comfortable...not all this bureaucratic bs...They want me to send transactions statements for atleast 6 months,why?Is this IRS?why i have to show where im using my money?
Anyway,i sent to them statement,but im sure they will ask something else.. Can u guys recommend a good casino without all this bs?

I agree with you. Gambling is like a sport and you should feel comfortable while playing. But the way I see it, there is a huge difference - when money is involved, certain rules, laws, and regulations must be considered.
The casino is obliged to secure that your winnings were fairly gained, your deposit was really yours, deposited and funded by you personally. I can't compare if all those documents were absolutely necessary, on the other hand, the casino must prove there is no question about your identity, deposits, funds origin, gaming history, and so on.
Let's say that decent casinos take verification very seriously, the procedure may even vary based on your country of residence, and also based on the casino's license.
Have you ever considered going through the KYC before making a deposit? It should help you save time if you win.

Ich zahle nur mit Bargeld weswegen diese Kontoauszüge zwar unangenehm sind aber die gegenüberliegende Partei dennoch nicht viel Einsicht in mein Leben hat.

Ich würde dir mal empfehlen bei der Kategorie "Nutzer Bewertungen" zu schauen! Dort wirst du sicher fündig!
Es gibt sehr sehr viele gute und seriöse casinos!
Ich mochte aber nicht so unhöflich sein und unter dem Beitrag von Oshi ein anderes casino empfehlen da ich Oshi sehr respektiere und persönlich nie Probleme hatte!!
Das Casino hat in den letzten Tagen villeicht viel zu tun oder technische probleme weswegen Probleme entstehen können aber im allgemeinen ein sehr geiles casino.
Ich spiele da ungefähr 2 Jahre und nie Probleme.
Ich denke mit der Zeit wird es besser 🙂🤜🏻🤛🏽
