Habe ebenfalls das Bonusproblem. Bin gerade auf 770€ und würde diese gerne auszahlen. Der Bonus ist jedoch 0,05€ vor Ende einfach stehengeblieben und lässt sich nicht stornieren. Seit 2 Tagen schreibe ich dem Support mehrere Male am Tag und möchte das dieser Bonus rausgenommen wird, es passiert aber nichts. Jedes Mal wird behauptet es gäbe technische Aktualisierungen!

However, as far as not touching your funds in the account goes, I think you're thinking quite well. A lot of players gamble away their money in the end, so if you have a strong will, that's the best way to go. 

For now, let's see where your situation goes from here and hope everything turns out well in the end.

Very disapointed , i did a 400euros withdraw and its still pending after 15 days , the support is very poor only automated answers taking no responsibility , i havent get any clear answers about why the withdraw is pending and when is going to complete , the last 2 days they avoid me , probably i will not get my money back , i had no bonuses and no wagering requirments , they didnt ask about identification , probably i will file a complaint on their license provider

hallo ich hab am 26,3 um 22,06 Uhr eine Auszahlung veranlasst von 500 Euro und heute ist es der 4,4 und es heißt das es Verzögerungen gibt und die arbeitungszeit ist 3-5 tagen , hab auch den live support und E-Mail support an geschrieben aber immer es gleich hab ich gesagt bekommen, haben sie Geduld. wie ich hier lese bin ich nicht der einzige wo die Probleme hat . Und immer Auto antworten oder ich werde gleich aus geloggt nach paar Minuten. Ich hab noch nie so Probleme gehabt mit einer Auszahlung, schade eigentlich die Seite schaut super aus lg

I wanted to ask you why the casino hasn't given you the money yet, but I see that you only got automatic answers, which probably didn't help you. Have you had any successful withdrawals here before ?
