Ich versuchte, mein Guthaben abzuheben (ca. 228 €, ich erinnere mich nicht mehr an den genauen Betrag), myEmire stornierte dies und schloss dann mein Konto.
Als ich im Live-Chat nachfragte, was da los sei, antwortete der Kundendienst: „Der Administrator hat Ihr Konto geschlossen." Was auch immer das bedeuten mag 🤣. Ich versuchte, den Grund zu erfahren, aber der Kundendienst meinte nur, ich solle mich per E-Mail an den Support wenden.
Als ich das tat, schrieben wir hin und her. Ich fragte nach dem Grund, und man sagte mir, dass „mein Konto vom Administrator geschlossen wurde…". Ich forderte mein Geld zurück, erhielt aber weder eine positive noch überhaupt eine Antwort auf sieben E-Mails.
Absolut unseriöses Casino, das dich abzockt und einen miserablen Kundenservice hat. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen. Spielt hier bloß nicht!

I tried to withdraw my balance (approx 228€, don’t remember the correct amount anymore), myEmire canceled it and then closed my account down.
When I went to the live chat to ask whats up with that, the customer support answered that "adminstrator has closed your account" whatever that means 🤣. I tried to get a reason, but the customer support just suggested that I’d e-mail the support via email.
When I did, we went back and forth. I asked for a reason, they said, that "adminstrator closed your account…". I demanded my money, but didn’t get a positive response nor any response at all for 7 emails back and forth.
Shit casino, scams your money and has shit customer support. I don’t recommend at all. Don’t play here, please.
