From the last tournament I won 1500 euros, I tried to withdraw them with skrill and now I'm waiting for them to approve the transaction, I hope they do.

Can you please tell us then if you managed to withdraw the money or not ? I see that you still have an open complaint against this casino and you added this information to it, which I think was the right move. Did the casino also tell you what the reason is that it is taking one week ?

I have no answer from them. I wrote an email that I am waiting for my withdrawal of funds to be approved by them, but as I knew, no response. they are not responding anywhere.... i will wait few days for them to approve my transaction and then i will take other measures but i am relying a lot on casino guru to help me. my complaint to you is about another problem to holdnspin related to the tournament with another 1500 euros. that is, the amount of them that I am waiting for is already 3,000 euros. I hope they will give me at least 1,500 euros...

Yes, I understand this case. I would probably not try to continue playing in this casino until I have solved the problem, so that there would not be any further issues. I am also upset when the casino is not able to respond and provide any information, as this would certainly be useful. 

Anyway, as I already mentioned our team will try to do their best and we will see how it all turns out. 

As for "other measures", what would you do in such a case ?

I would look for people on the internet to protect players like me who are cheated by such kind of casinos like holdnspin and I can sue them. I remember there was a site that sued casinos that do similar things and don't pay customers their money. But we have time. if you think of more help please write here.

However, I was thinking that if the casino does not respond and does not try to resolve this situation then your steps could still be directed to the licensing authority. I'm not saying that will solve the matter, but I would try that as well. But for now, let's try to be patient for a while. I just got 1500 euro in my skrill, I contacted them and they replied to me by email. They paid my €1,500. Let me add that this payment has nothing to do with the complaint and the complaint remains active as another outstanding amount.
