Stattdessen haben sie jede einzelne Kugel in die Historie eingetragen und, ohne das Ende meiner Wette abzuwarten, automatisch den Bonus aktiviert und ein Viertel meines Gewinns in ihren Bonus einbezahlt, sodass mein tatsächliches Guthaben auf null gesunken ist.
Jetzt bin ich dabei, mich zu beschweren, weil sie ein Ticket eröffnet haben und niemand weiß, wann sie eine Antwort geben werden. Tatsächlich geben sie keine ... ohne zu erwähnen, dass der Kundendienst unterschiedliche Antworten gibt. Einige sagen, dass ich auf eine E-Mail warten muss, die nie ankommt. Einige sagen, dass mein Guthaben vor dem Spielen bereits Null war und ich mit dem Bonus gespielt habe. Einige sagen, dass ich im letzten Spiel alles verloren habe und der Bonus aktiviert wurde.

Außerdem möchte ich die Spieler über ihre falschen Boni informieren: Für den 75-Euro-Bonus müssen Sie nicht nur 2.500 Euro gewinnen, um ein echtes Guthaben zu erhalten, sondern selbst wenn Sie gewinnen, können sie Ihnen nur 50 Euro geben.

Nella cronologia di questo Felix spin le puntate si vedono di ogni singola pallina , anche dei respin che non sono SPECIFICATI ... e non si vede il saldo reale che avevi prima della puntata. Cosa che nella cronologia di quasi tutti i casinò si vede. Si vede il saldo che avevi prima della partita e quello che hai dopo. IN TUTTI.
La vincita su plinko si vede quando sono cadute TUTTE le palline che hai scommesso. Non si vede la vincita e perdita di una singola pallina.
Loro invece nella cronologia hanno fatto figurare ogni singola pallina e , senza aspettare la fine della mia puntata , hanno azionato il bonus in automatico e fatto cadere un quarto della vincita nel loro bonus e il mio saldo reale pari a zero.
Ora sono in fase di reclamo perchè loro hanno aperto un ticket che non si sa quando darà un responso.Infatti non lo stanno dando ... senza dire che il servizio clienti d risposte differenti, chi dice che devo aspettare una e-mail che non arriva mai, chi dice che il mio saldo prima di giocare già era pari a zero e avevo giocato con il bonus , e chi dice che nell'ultima partita ho perso tutto e si è azionato il bonus.
Nella cronologia è segnata bene la vincita, dato gli importi sono segnati in verde e non in colore rosso che sarebbero le perdite.... Ma loro lo rinnegano.
In più voglio informare i giocatori dei loro bonus falsi : non solo per 75 eur di bonus devi vincere 2500 eur per renderlo saldo reale ... ma se anche vincessi, loro possono darti solo 50 eur.
