I understand that this is certainly not a comfortable situation, and I would certainly be as upset as you are if the casino did not give me any relevant answer and just kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

As for the money you received, the $2000, did you receive that sometime around this time or in the past? As for the other $1600, did the casino give any reason why it took so long or why it didn't pay you out ?

filefileI received $2,000 back in August-September. And now, the casino has not paid for almost 3 months. When I write in the chat, I am told that the request has been forwarded to the finance department and that I will receive the funds as soon as possible. That's what they said in September. This is what they say even now in December. The chat operator answers with clichéd phrases and only says that he does not deal with withdrawals. I wrote to the mail 4 times - I did not receive a single answer. I am attaching screenshots, I just wrote to them again.

Yes, so you got your first money in the summer and as for the next ones, they haven't arrived yet and the casino keeps repeating the same phrase over and over again. It's definitely not nice if you don't find anything relevant in the context of your withdrawal and it's the same song over and over again.

Hi, it would certainly be nice if you used the "reply" button, at least we'll know who you're replying to and the player will be notified of your reply anyway, so you can shorten the time to reply. 

However, I see that your complaint is still open and Kristina has taken the necessary things from you so far to move the case forward. It is certainly not nice if the casino keeps repeating the same thing over and over for so long and just keeps giving the same copied answers. How long have you been in this position ?

Das ganze dauert jetzt schon seit dem 16.11.23 ja das ist leider nicht schön. Aber das ist auch das letzte Mal bei dem Casino, ja die Chats sind immer gleich.

Hallo, wie ich heute sehen kann ist der livechat nicht mehr verfügbar.

ich habs auf mehreren geräten und browsern probiert, der livechat ist nicht mehr da.


ich hab dem casino eine email geschrieben, aber sie haben bis jetzt noch auf keine einzige email geantwortet.

das heist jetzt das es keinen kontakt möglichkeit mehr gibt mit dem casino zu schreiben, na super danke.

Wir warten jetzt einen ganzen Monat darauf, das ist einfach nur traurig.

Ich Frage mich ob meine Bank das eingezahlte Geld wieder zurück buchen kann!!! Habt ihr damit Erfahrung? Have mit einer MasterCard debit Card eingezahlt.


Über Erfahrungen dies bezüglich würde ich mich freuen.

Maybe you'd like to know that normally we give the casinos a second chance to respond, meaning an additional week is available for getting in touch with the complaint specialist.

If I were you, I'd ask the bank whether the chargeback is truly possible, even though I would give the complaint a chance.

But it never hurts to take one step ahead. 🤔

Es scheint wirklich das es ein reines Casino ist welches auf direktem betrügt.
