Meine Beschwerde wurde als ungelöst geschlossen, da das Casino hier nicht auf meine Beschwerde reagierte. Ich habe gesehen, dass viele andere Beschwerden gegen dieses Casino noch anhängig sind und casinoguru es geschafft hat, außerhalb der casinoguru-Plattform mit dem Casino in Kontakt zu treten. Ich weiß nicht, ob Josef versucht hat, das Casino über andere Plattformen zu kontaktieren, weil sie offensichtlich kooperieren? Nun sind mir ziemlich die Hände gebunden, wenn die Zulassungsbehörde auch auf Beschwerden nicht reagiert😭

Es ist traurig, dass das Casino die Beschwerden zwar reguliert, aber ein so wichtiges Thema wie verantwortungsvolles Spielen wollen sie nicht regulieren, wissend, dass sie völlig versagt haben. Sie reagieren auf diese Beschwerden nur mit dem, was ihrer Meinung nach für sie von Vorteil ist. Es ist auch traurig, dass das Casino meine E-Mail blockiert hat. In der E-Mail steht, dass das Senden der Nachricht fehlgeschlagen ist. Ich habe von meiner anderen E-Mail aus gesendet und die Nachricht ist durchgegangen. Keine sehr verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit. Not as of yet . There is 1 day left on the timer. Even if they agree to what my representative has suggested I think my next hurdle will be an actual withdrawal but 1 step at a time I guess . I know my account is fully verified now but that doesnt seem like it makes a difference.

They havnt agreed to pay but agreed that all funds shouldn't of been removed . I reached the highest VIP level which can only be reached with real money funds which is kind of an indicator as to how much my funds were re wagered but I think if they were to reimburse I will need to wager again the funds I played on the " forbidden game" . I apparently won 350 but there is no indication how much I played of my bonus funds .

Yes, i saw your nickname on casino Tournament rankings.. It was like 75 euros win, imagine the bigger wagerers.... Everyone might not have been wagering winnings..


Guru should add all the casinos ninbet, dogsfortune and duobetz on same casinos list.. And add their rating lower.

Go to trustpilot and 7bets.. They are beating up alot of people.... So not interesting or healthy topic to follow scam operation regularly. Sometimes you just have to say, i got scammed, and there is nothing i can do.

Some people will do something so life changing, that it will destroy them, most people will recover, we are just lucky, atleast now. We didnt transfer them fortunes.

So true . As soon as I began having problems I played my funds down as I felt they were putting blocks in the way . Never my money till it's on my bank account. All I am giving is my time to see how it pans out and if at best it lowers their score so less people sign up then so be it .

I think it would be nice if we weren't so negative. 

However, I definitely agree that players should always check some information about the casino, because this can prevent unpleasant situations to a much greater extent. Without that, I wouldn't go anywhere in today's online age where scams can be found everywhere.
